Beautiful home, everything was very clean. Bedrooms are quite large and beds are comfortable. The attached garage worked well for our midsize SUV. We also had a fullsize truck, which we needed to park out front. Convenient to Belmont University.

The house was spacious and clean. They provided many useful extras, such as, laundry detergent, dish soap and Q-tips. The digital welcome book was very detailed. We called the help line for a small issue and they responded immediately. Our family enjoyed staying here. here.fspecoccasion.

Perfect for Bigger Group

We were in town for my nephew's graduation and this was a great spot for our 6 family members ages 4 to 75. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The communications with host was amazing. They replied promptly to all questions and all information regarding check-in etc. was clear. The only thing I would say is that is an up and coming neighborhood so all different levels of housing surround it. We felt safe, but it wasn't as developed as some of the other neighborhoods. You can walk to the Gulch and downtown, but it's a little bit of a hike for small children and/or older folks. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this spot for sure!

Our Holiday Home, Making Spirits Bright

This property and our experience in the stay, was a like a story book experience, yet it was REAL. The stockings were hung by the TV with care. Our home was decorated Merry and Bright, and a thrill of hope was in the air. Soon we would all be gathered there. My son and his family, have been in and out of the hospital, awaiting the transplant of moms kidney to their son (21). I wanted a home close by to gather, break bread, and the presence of happy family all wrapped up in each other. The home was supplied with all I needed for cooking and baking holiday style. While the weather outside was frightful and below freezing, we had no issues with freezing pipes, heat, or power. Far from a stable, this Christmas was a first experience in being Home Away for Christmas. It was Truly a JOYOUS NOEL!

A great property

We had a wonderful stay. The house is immaculate. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The keypad to enter wasn’t working but response to emergency number was immediate. It’s a bit of a walk to Broadway, and not one I would do late at night, but Ubers are readily available. I highly recommend

Worked great for family and groomsmen . Fun game room, modern amenities and every detail is was thought of for the well organized and stocked house . Even had coffee tea and creamers available and a snack basket 👍🏻

Great Location

The property was a great location for our events. Short ride to Broadway, Vanderbilt, Grand Ole Opry, etc. The accommodations were perfect for our visit and gave all guest plenty of room.

Awesome stay

Annual family outing!!!

The house is beautiful…. The three bedrooms are truly wonderful. A day time walk to the Gulch is pleasant… any further I would suggest an Uber. For those they want to relax in a beautiful house, shoot some pool in the basement game room, this place is for you. Grocery store is just a short drive away…

AWESOME HOME IN THE GULCH!

Thank you Matt & Steph (management team) for the AWESOME way in which you communicated every detail of our vacation. We flew in for our 40th Wedding anniversary and it was our 1st time to Tennessee! Great couple’s getaway

House was clean and the perfect size for 3 couples. The lower level was a good hang out area and it was a nice bonus to have the small pool table. Location was good. Walkable to the gulch and short Uber ride to Broadway. We didn’t need anything during our stay but the host was communicative throughout. We would stay again.

Beautifully Spacious!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The property was clean, spacious, close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. We were torn between a hotel and vrbo, but glad we chose this one. The split level/stairs was also great exercise! If you're traveling to Nashville, plan to book here!
