This home is absolutely lovely! Heather and David were lovely hosts and quick to respond to anything we needed. The home is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed soaking in the large hot tub, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, lounging on the screened patio and steaming in the giant steam shower. We were not there long enough to take advantage of all that this house had to offer. Couldn’t ask for more. It was easy to Uber to Broadway for some live music and only 45 minutes from the racetrack where we attended the Indy Car championships. Hoping we can get back for another stay in the near future. Thank you Fancy Free!!

The house is large and roomy with an amazing kitchen and a beautiful back porch. The bedrooms are comfortable and allow for privacy. The second floor loft area full of games and a full karaoke setup. The hosts were attentive and responded to our questions quickly. Highly recommend!

The best VRBO we have stayed in

We loved staying at Fancy Free in Green Hills while celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The property was beautiful and since we were preparing a lot of meals for our family we loved the huge kitchen where we could all congregate. The beds were so comfy, bathrooms beautiful and the back screened in porch is where we ate our meals. Lucky for us, our daughter is continuing grad school in Nashville so we will be able to stay again to celebrate her Masters graduation. Thank you again!

Displaced Family

We placed a family here while they are out of their home during some repairs to their home from an insurance claim. The hosts were so wonderful to work with, they were quick to respond, and extremely helpful. Quick and Easy Access to the City

The outdoor dining room is the feature to live by. Perfect for a family trip. Plenty of spaces to splinter off to and enjoy for everyone. Master bedroom suite and bathroom alone are large enough to be their own apartment. Playground is a short walk away if you have children who need to get outdoors during the day. Location is near restaurants, grocery stores, Vanderbilt, the mall, etc.

As advertised

The house is in a quaint area and the property is terrific. Huge trees and an amazing backyard. We found all house as advertised with high-end finishes and plenty of room. The owners we communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had such a great time with friends and family during our stay in this beautiful home. The photos online just don’t do it justice. It was stunning! We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

Amazing! Can I live here?

this property is incredible! the indoor / outdoor living options with the glass wall opening up to the back porch was perfect for our executive team gathering. The kitchen is a dream, even the private chef we had come in was impressed. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property

My friends and I stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend. The property is beautiful and looked better in person than the pictures showed for the property. Friends Were Very Happy!

I rented this house for out-of-town friends for a few days, and they were very happy. The hosts were so wonderful and communicative. The house was awesome, my friends loved the hot tub.

Great place very quite and lots of amenities

The owners were great and had great communication throughout. The house is beautiful and has a great story about it. So many things the house offers that you would only find in a select few. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thanks for the great stay
