You will love how quiet the neighborhood is while only being a short drive to Broadway w/ the best music (maybe spot a celeb), food, historical landmarks,& museums.Enjoy the serenity of nature by the fire pit in our big back yard! The home is stocked w/all the basic essentials you’ll need. Feel liking staying in? We have all the cookware for you to be your own chef and plenty of seating arrangements for movies,naps,&games!

Our single-family home is perfect for your vacation! It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

As you walk in the door, you will enter the living room/dining area. (The kitchen features a drip coffee maker).To the left of the living room start all 3 of the bedrooms.

1st Bedroom:

1 Queen size bed

*Ensuite half bath

2nd Bedroom:

Qty 2 Twin size beds

3rd Bedroom:

1 King size bed

Full bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

To the right of the front entrance/living area is the full kitchen.
*There is a drip coffee pot!
Just down a few steps off the kitchen you will find bedroom 4.

4th Bedroom:

1 Full size bunk bed (Qty 2 beds total)

Futon style couch

* laundry is in this room.

There is a large driveway that wraps around back that can fit approximately 4 cars. There is also a very large backyard and firepit for lots of outdoor fun!

You will have 24hr access with our keyless entry lock.

We will not be on sight, but we are local and can be available if needed.

We are tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood on a dead end road

Uber and Lyft are available 24hrs. We also have plenty of off street parking in our driveway if you have a car or two!

Would you like a Nashville recording artist to come to our townhome and play a private set? We can set that up for you! His name is Noah Alan and his music is available on all platforms.

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
