The beds were pretty comfortable relative to other rentals I’ve stayed at, and the place was clean, and the basement was fun. Have a couple areas for improvement I’ll pass along to the owner, but met our needs.

Nice place near downtown Nashville

Nice place with plenty of space and beds. Hot tub is a great addition. Location is right off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the stocked coffee station, extra toilet paper and laundry soap.

Clean & convenient to everything. Worked well with a dog for walking, etc. During our stay the hot tub broke, & the owner tried to repair but was unable to before we left. They stayed in communication with us & gave a partial refund for not being able to use the hot tub. Things happen, appliances break & thats just life. Other than the hot tub everything was perfect & we definitely recommend. A nice plus was the family of deer that visited the yard daily.

Great place to stay not far from Nashville.

This house was perfect. Was like a home away from home. Had everything we needed and was pet friendly too. We will definitely look to stay at this location again on future trips to Nashville. It was a short ride via Uber to the Ryman. Neighbors were friendly as well.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

House was very clean. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close enough, 15-20 minutes from Broadway. Reached out to host a couple times and they were very responsive. Hot tub was the highlight!

Great Location!

The property is located past the airport barely inside Nashville city limits. This helps avoiding much of the traffic yet you are still close to everything. Loved the hot tub, the skeeball downstairs and microphones, the two big television sets. Everything was clean. Really enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Excellent property

Hi we went to Nashville from Chicago for a quick birthday celebration. The house was spacious. Easy to check in and out and amazing location. 20 mins from downtown and easy to navigate to and from downtown Nashville. The house had everything we needed. Very successful trip!

Great Location for Family Gathering!

Perfect location for our family get together. We had family flying in from Europe so being close to the airport was essential. Our party ranged in ages from 0 to 72, and the home met all our needs. The outdoor space and parking was also a bonus. It was also located near many family friendly activities; Nashville Zoo, Pins & Mechanical, Broadway, Topgolf, etc. would recommend for family gatherings!

3 family Nashville getaway

The style interior of the house mirrors the listing photos, however, the condition of walls, furniture, kitchen door (hinge broken), shower (seams had mold) were in poor condition. Moreover, the house was very dusty, especially in the kitchen. The sideboard where glasses were had thick dust in which I dusted and cleaned glasses upon arrival. The stove hood had thick greasy dust. The vents were covered in heavy dust. The hot tub and outside was nice but from 1st day was cloudy, then started to smell like a fish tack. The property manager was prompt to fix this problem but because he had to drain a lot of it, it never warmed up enough to use on our last night. The grill was filthy, in which the property manager cleaned while he was fixing the hot tub issue. When we used the grill, it quickly grew to a good size grease fire (scary) that we were able to smother out. Needless to say our brats and burgers could not be saved. When playing football with his cousins in the (very good size) yard, my 10 year old boy found a dildo (disgusting!) probably from a bachelorette party, but still disgusting. The exterior of the house has zero curb appeal with a bird nest made in a window, broken shutters. With everything that happened, we made the most of our stay and enjoyed our 3 families being together. I will say that the price point for the condition and moreover cleanliness of this house is over priced and disappointing. 20 min drive to downtown Nashville was great.
