We had a great time staying here this past weekend visiting some friends in the Nashville area. The place was very cleanly and nicely decorated. It’s conveniently located near all the fun we got into this weekend including Broadway, several good restaurants, and Percy Priest Lake. We would recommend anyone looking to visit the Nashville area to stay here!

It was perfect for what we need for being in nashville for only 2 nights, its very cute and cozy. We did enjoy our stay and it was a great area to use uber. We would use again.

Host was very responsive. The house was clean. Was surprised to not find a tv in the bedroom But not a dealbreaker. The fenced yard needed mowed and cleaned up. Was surprised with a pet fee after check out. Not a huge deal but could have been more transparent up front

The townhouse was nicely appointed and had everything needed. The four poster bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Great location, very close to downtown and other Nashville attractions. House was clean and spacious. No complaints, would definitely come back. Kevin was an amazing host!

When we checked in you could really tell the place was rushed to get clean so we were worried about what we were using that was “actually” clean. The area is pretty ruff and loud music at night from the neighbors that a super close to you. Would not stay here again.

Excellent home away from home…except nicer than home :)

Check in was effortless, property manager was very responsive. The place was so clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed to enjoy being home away from home. Extra bonus that The beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
