Super cute townhouse pretty close to downtown! While the area looks a little older, and some of the other homes are a little more run-down, we felt perfectly safe and comfortable during our stay. Kevin was quick to respond and very kind! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice small townhouse with very nice decor and very clean interior. Owner was very prompt to reply to any questions. The outside complex overall is not as nice to look at but we never felt unsafe. The parking is very limited and we had a little trouble with one neighbor having several cars and semi blocking our vehicles ( we did have 2). Another neighbor was very kind and let us know we were not blocking his vehicle if we moved over slightly his way.Because we had pets with us we did need to use the back (fenced) yard and it was not kept up very well. The grass/weeds were high but there was a push mower we used so we felt better about letting the dogs out there. It was the season for bugs in the south, so we didn’t sit out there ourselves. Also I feel that anyone that is older or has any physical concerns should be aware that the interior stairs are a bit steep. We managed fine but it was one of those things that I could foresee as a problem for some. It was a short drive for anywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville area. Overall, I recommend it for anyone considering a stay in the area because the owner is very accommodating, responsive and provides all we expected and needed for our stay.

Great house, great time!

We had such a great time at your home for our Mother/Daughter weekend trip. The house had beautiful decor! Lots of extra touches throughout the house such as stocked coffee bar, makeup wipes, extra fans (big bonus!) and bottled water. Kevin was a great host and was quick to answer messages and take care of any issues we had. The only negative was the surrounding houses/culdesac looked a little unkept. However, it was very quiet and we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors being noisy or anything like that. Great location close to Broadway. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you Kevin!

Our stay was comfortable and cozy. The home is conveniently located— easy to drive all over Nashville but also easy to get an Uber. The hosts were helpful and so nice. The home was well appointed. Would stay there again.

Immaculately clean property. You can tell the host takes great care to maintain it. Beds were comfy and the fenced yard was nice for pets. We felt safe in the home, and it had everything we could have needed. Host was quick to connect with regarding any questions.

A place to get away in beautiful Nashville. This home provided what we needed. 15 minutes from the fun. A few minutes away from stores for needs. Beautiful Condo

The condo has been remodeled with top end furniture and appliances. The beds are super comfortable especially the canopy bed. There is a nice fenced in back yard for dogs and a fire pit. Lots of little extras to make you feel cozy like at home.

Well-Appointed Oasis

The home is beautiful and well-appointed. The interior decoration is thoughtful, refined and calming. We didn’t have our kids with us, but noticed that it is very kid friendly, which can be hard to find. The neighborhood is interesting but well-located to get downtown.

Golden Days

This property is adorable. Very tastefully decorated with a few Instagramable backdrops. We loved it. We came down to Nashville for the first time to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. We stayed from Friday to Monday. This property had everything we needed and even a few appreciated extras. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and quick to respond. Its a 15 min drive to the Broadway area and we were happy we had our car because Ubers or the scooters would've cost us a fortune. The only downfall to this property, and it wasn't even that big of a deal for us for the amount of time we were actually there, was the area. We were so sketched out driving in and were concerned about where we were staying but everything was fine and once we were inside we absolutely LOVED it. 100% would stay here again when we return to Nashville.
