Newly redesigned condo (all 5 star ratings/every guest), 5 min walk Gulch, 1 mile to Broadway (30 min walk), 1/2 mile to 12 South. Scooters always out front or easy Uber. Spend the day exploring the popular hot spots all within walking distance. Return and unwind on the patio with games & putting green. This downtown condo has a swimming pool, fitness room, & gated parking garage. It is next door to Joyride Nashville which provides golf cart tours of the Murals, or Monster truck/tractor tours through downtown. Close to the conference center (let me know if you need supplies as a conference vendor).

Sleeps up to seven with a king bed in the master bedroom and pull out twin underneath. Two queen beds (bunk) in the second bedroom. Bathroom has a curtain to help separate shower from the sink. Large patio with putting green and Jenga. Travel supplies provided - bottled water in the frig, coffee both kcup and pot, cream and sugar, popcorn, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent.
