Tenemos una hermosa casa de 4 habitaciones decorada profesionalmente en el altamente deseable vecindario de Gulch South en Nashville. Nuestra ubicación es ideal y se encuentra en una de las partes más deseables de Nashville. Restaurantes, cervecerías y vida nocturna están a poca distancia y a pocas cuadras de distancia. Cada habitación de esta casa tiene acceso a un baño en suite. Además de las 4 habitaciones, la sala de estar principal y la sala multimedia tienen sofás extraíbles para un total de 6 camas. La sala de prensa en el 3er piso tiene 1 cubierta de techo grande y dos cubiertas más pequeñas. Hay un televisor de 75 pulgadas en la sala de estar principal y un televisor de 65 pulgadas en la sala de medios. Hay hermosas vistas del centro de la ciudad de Nashville desde las cubiertas delantera y trasera.

Estamos tan cerca como puede llegar al centro de Nashville y The Gulch y estar en una casa de 4 dormitorios. Puedes caminar fácilmente las 3 o 4 cuadras hasta Gulch. Estamos a menos de una milla de Broadway en el centro de Nashville (muy corto viaje en Uber o Lyft). Somos una excelente ubicación si vienes a la ciudad para hacer cualquier cosa, desde visitar los restaurantes más modernos hasta ver un partido de hockey de Nashville Predators o un partido de fútbol de Tennessee Titans. Beautiful house, great location, quick uber ride wherever we needed to go. Only stayed 2 nights and did not spend much time there but was very impressed with the accommodations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

This property was wonderful and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to many places and others were just a short ride away. The home is well stocked with just about anything you may need. We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of room to have our own space, its three levels with stairs. I'd highly recommend this home and we will definitely book this place again when we return!

We recently visited Nashville for a girlfriend’s trip. Gulch South was the perfect location and the condo fit our needs completely. Clean, spacious, and the rooftop lounge (10 stars!!), every amenity at our fingers tips. The beds were so comfortable, the house gave us privacy & time together in a quiet & safe neighborhood. We actually walked from the condo in to and around town every day. So many great things to see and do in Nashville. Thank you for sending us your Guide to Nashville hotspots (helped us with our daily activity planning). There is a Publix close (we walked), along with shopping, restaurants, parks that we visited on our way to Broadway, County Music Museum, Ryman Theatre, Johnny Cash Museum …. So much to do. Thank you for being an extremely kind and responsive host. We had the best time and if we can visit Nashville again, this condo will be our first stop!

Fun & fabulous!

We were here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday! The house was perfect. Although initially it sounds like the house sleeps 12 comfortably… It actually sleeps 8 comfortably. 12 would include 2 on 2 different sofa beds.

Great gathering place for girls' reunion

The residence is very clean, well-lit, has everything you would need in the kitchen and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The towels are so white they look brand new. The location is just a few blocks walk from The Gulch area so loads of restaurants close by.Also, there is a garage for the residence which we found particularly helpful to park our car overnight.

Family Christmas Get Away

We had a great time! The house is just as advertised- perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to have a lot of trash bags, soap etc. Rooftop deck was amazing. Very short uber to Broadway. Loved this house!

Nashville Celebration

Spent a long weekend in Nashville celebrating a special birthday with family. The property was awesome and allowed us to enjoy the Nashville experience - great restaurants, bars and family fun. Safe and Wonderful place to stay

This location is very nice and has a lot of room. We took a family trip for adults and we were looking for a place that offered enough rooms for 4 adults to have their own room. We also wanted to be close enough to walk to places if we wanted. We also had two cars that we could pull into the two car garage. We felt safe and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for Shari g your great home with us David! We could walk to some restaraunts and bars in the gulch area within 10-15 minutes.
