Great space for four couples who were in town to celebrate a 50th birthday. Everyone had their own bedroom and the hot tub and rooftop were a fun place for all to hang out when not on Broadway! The location was great and Uber rides were only a quick 5-10 minute drive. We would stay again!

Great space and location

This has is so nice! Plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen is a dream with the giant bar and the living room is cozy and stylish. Plenty of big updated walk in showers. The location is close to downtown so Ubers/driving was very easy. The owners must use a management company but whoever they are, they responded to any issues immediately. Great house!

5 Star all around!

This property was everything we wanted and more! The communication was so responsive, and if we had any questions, they answered right away. They also checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. It was just a short uber ride to downtown broadway. We had also rented a vehicle for our longer journey days, (which we were able to park in the garage) and for the most part it was cheaper to uber than to pay for parking. Would def recommend this place and would stay here again.

40th bday celebration 🎉

We loved our stay, it was fantastic! The place was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The rooftop was a real highlight, especially with the hot tub, which offered a perfect spot to unwind and take in the views. The host’s service was exceptional—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went the extra mile by leaving a cake and balloons to help us celebrate, making our stay feel truly special. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nashville.

Very disappointed. We did not receive check in information until the day of less than an hour prior to check in. Property smelled of smoke, filthy inside and out. Garbage was broke, no dish towels or counter spray, fridge froze our food no matter how low we tried to turn it down, bathrooms were dirty, stains on the rug in the living room, grill had to be fixed and put back together by our group, shower handles were falling off, and caulk falling off.

Decent housing

Property was well used. Photos werent 100% accurate. They said we could have an early check in for a 300$ fee. Great location, parking images are kinda useless and there are no signs saying where the stay minty parking is.

Great space - especially for couples & perfect location

There was 10 of us (suppose to be 12 but 2 couldn’t make it) 3 sets of couples (suppose to be 4) but we picked this place based on how many queen/king bedrooms and bathrooms there were! It was perfect so each couple could have their space and the single guys can go in the main master bedroom with the 2 beds. The roof deck was such a hit. We grilled the first night and there was plenty of space For us to sit and eat. The grill worked great! We enjoyed the hot tub at night. It was a little too hot to use during the day because there was no umbrella over the hot tub. The deck floor did get very hot as well. So make sure you have shoes up there! Unfortunately the fire pit didn’t work but it would have been nice for the vibe. But it wasn’t a make or break. I didn’t feel the need to reach out during our stay. The kitchen was beautiful!! Plenty of storage for food. And big enough for us to gather around, especially during breakfast. The beds were comfortable and everyone said they had a great night sleep! Because it’s a rental there are a lot of dings on the wall. And the toilet paper holder in the main floor bathroom was coming off. Clean enough but not immaculate Overall we really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely consider another Stay Minty property again! The communication was so easy with them!

Awesome location, great property, courteous management

We had our annual family trip in Nashville and needed accomodations for 10 pple, to include 5 bedrooms with at least 3 bathrooms. This townhouse close to Broadway (1 mile) was in a quite, safe neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, and was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, convenient, and a great short-term home for our families. We would stay here again. One caveat - the kitchen is sparsely and rather cheaply furnished, so our in-home family dinners were somewhat challenging. We grilled dinner twice on the top deck gas BBQ (very nice), but chose to eat out the remaining nights over trying to prepare a kitchen-created meal for 10. Still a recommended home, and we will consider for any future trips to Nashville. Hosts were VERY prompt and courteous in responses and support!!!

Great Property, Even better management team

The place was great, lots of space, clean with great amenities. That said, everyplace has small issues, but what is important is how you deal with them. The rooftop patio had a couple of broken chairs. not bad, but hard to sit in. We let them know so it was clear it was not us. Within 2 hours, there were 4 new chairs delivered. Unbelievable service. Thank you to the management team!

Property was beautiful with lots of room to gather. We had 8 people with us to celebrate my husband’s 40 year retirement from the government. The only bad thing was they make you pay a large cleaning deposit and the property was not very clean. Dirty dishes and cup left in chair, floors and stairs were sticky and dirty. Needed to be dusted. So I swept and mopped floors myself.

Great experienced!

We loved the property, very spacious, there were 8 of us and we couldn’t be happier with the space the house has. The place is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the sheets are soft. The property is near downtown area. It’s also easy to reach them via text (quickest way) if you have any questions or concerns. The hot tub and grill on the rooftop is a plus! We would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely book the same property in the future and we highly recommend it to a big family or a big group of friends that is looking for a place to stay in Nashville area. Oh and by the way.. the showers are amazing!!! I’ve been looking for the same shower head online but can’t find it 😞. I would love to know where to purchase them. Thank you The Walsh Family

Fantastic spot.

Fantastic spot for a group of friends to enjoy Nashville. Rooftop patio is a great spot to relax. More than enough room for our group. The place was clean and quiet. The process was seamless and the hosts were very accommodating in the lead up to and during our stay (although we didn’t actually NEED anything extra from them as the rental was stocked well. As advertised is the best way to describe our experience. If/when we return to Nashville again i wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book the same place.

Great location and set up for our girls weekend!

The place was beautiful and communication with management was awesome. They responded very quickly when we had a question about the alarm system. Received check in information through text and on the portal. House was new and beautiful. Plenty of room for the 6 ladies traveling together. House was well kept and clean. The only problem was the small roaches we kept finding on the kitchen island. Only ever babies. I think that a pest control contract would make this place perfect. This is my second time staying in this building. I stayed in unit c in April and had zero issues with bugs. Maybe it is just this particular unit. Overall, we had a great stay!

BETTER THAN THE PICTURES believe it or not!

I stayed at this property with my 11 friends for my birthday. Most of us have never been to Nashville before, so we had no idea what to expect. This house gave us everything we needed and more. As stated in the title, the property was larger than it looked in the pictures. Everyone love the place, we wish we were able to rent for longer.

Fun time in Nashville!

We enjoyed our stay at the Minty. There was plenty of space including bathrooms for 6 of us. As other reviewers mentioned it is walkable distance to the Gulch area and a short drive to Broadway. More kitchen utensils would be helpful in the kitchen as well as dish towels/cloths. Management responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. We had a great trip!

Fun 21st Birthday Celebration!

We stayed 3 nights at this fun home! It was a short walk to the Gulch and a short Uber ride to Broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the jacuzzi and rooftop area! A few things to note - the rooftop is not private (you will see and hear anyone else enjoying their rooftop), they need to provide extra towels for the jacuzzi, and hangers in all the closets would have been a plus. We would definitely stay here again.
