Fun with Friends

We spent two nights in this property and were very happy with our choice. There was plenty of room so that the 5 of us could have our own space but also areas that could comfortably accommodate all of us gathering to watch TV or share a meal. The condo was attractively decorated and clean. As promised, check in information did arrive via email in a timely manner. The condo was in a quiet area and easy to find using our navigation system. The two car garage was a nice bonus and it is sometimes hard to find a rental that has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This was perfect as our group consisted of 2 couples and an unmarried friend who didn't have to share a bathroom with the other. There is a nice sitting room off of the main bedroom with access to a roof top porch. Great space for getting away with friends or family.

5 inside/2 neighborhood and view

The rental was just as advertised inside. View is poor as directly across the street is a a garage type business with junk cars and noisy trucks. Nice rooftop, but lots of noise going on across the street. If I had known this beforehand would have chosen a different location.

Great place to stay!

We had 3 couples, so the 3 bedroom/3 bath combination was great for our needs. The area was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Our only criticism would be the beds. Small and uncomfortable. They need to be upgraded to Queen size beds. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

New Years in Nashville

The accommodations were great! Very clean and spacious rooms. There were three couples and each of us having our own level and bathroom was the best part. You can get privacy but still all enjoy the same house. Not too far from all the action. Ubers were quick and knew exactly where we were at. We had no issues at all!

Nashville vacation

We had a wonderful stay here at this property.Our contact person was great. The place is beautiful and very spacious. We had 4 adults staying here. The bedrooms were nice, there were 3 bathrooms as well which made it very convenient. It was easy to take a ride to Broadway and then come home to a quiet place to sleep. We were able to cook our meals with a nice stove, there was a dishwasher, the kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishwater. There was a washer and dryer on site. It was just a really nice place, very easy check in and out process. I would stay here again and I would book with this property group again.

Bachelorette party

We had a group of 6 ladies celebrating our friend’s daughter’s bachelorette party in Nashville. This was our first trip and this VRBO listing is amazing. Super clean, very spacious and there is a shuttle that picks you up right at the complex. Communication with our host was excellent and the instructions to get in were very easy. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for family vacay

This home was modern, clean and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kitchen was stocked just enough for a light breakfast or a dinner if you get tired of eating out. The owner’s son checked on us as we were checking in and made sure we had everything we needed. He assured us that they were available 24/7. We didn’t need anything but it was reassuring. We’d definitely stay here again.
