Liked the location. Condo was clean and comfortable and close to grocery and restaurants. The kitchen supples were minimal but we managed. A keurig for 6 wasn’t doable so we bought a drip coffee maker. Could have used a few more bath towels.Instructions were great. We would definitely stay again.

The hosting agent was very communicable and easy to reach, day or night. Appreciated the small collection of cooking spray, salt and pepper. The three-story condo was lovely, beds very comfortable. The pull-out bed in the den was perfect for a child. The condo was immaculate and it was very easy to reach downtown.

Clean house. Location was pretty good. With traffic in an uber it was about 10-12 mins to broadway. You can walk to some restaurants, liquor store, and gas station from the house which was convenient. Loved that we all had our own bathrooms.

This stay was awesome! The property was huge and in great shape. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom having its own full bath was great for our group of 6. The property manager let us check in 4 hours before we were scheduled to and gave us 2 extra hours to check out. The complex itself was very quiet and felt safe and East Nashville was really cool and very close to some awesome restaurants/cocktail bars. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

Nice, trendy and quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and other stores. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Nashvile is only about 20 minutes away. Its a great place to stay if you want to visit Nashville but stay in a quiet area.

Everything about our stay was great! The property was extremely well kept and exactly as shown in the pictures, the host was friendly, responsive and accommodating, and we were within walking distance of 5 Points! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

Great location,15 minutes or less from Broadway. Grocery and pharmacy within walking distance. Very spacious with room to hangout. We did have a minor issue with the access code to start, and a water heater leak issue. The host responded to both issues in a timely manner. There is an attached garage, but not having a coded entry on the garage is a little inconvenient when it is located behind the building.

Perfect for our group of 6!

Great property for a group - as others have mentioned the main (middle) floor is a great space for a group of 6-8 to hang out with plenty of room. I’ll try to hit on highlights not obvious from the description - *Great communication with property owners - responded very quickly to the couple questions I had *Provided a charging center in each bedroom and the living room with outlets, USB-A and USB-C slots. Nice! *Several days of our stay the temp was 99-100 and the air conditioning kept up super well. *Quiet - we had no issues with noise, other than the tree trimmers (acceptable). *Ground / entry level - Queen bedroom / w full bath *Middle level - half bath, kitchen, living room area, balcony *Top level - Master King BR; King Bedroom and separate full bath; Washer / dryer; Balcony*The toilet paper provided was enough to get us through 7 days. Do bring paper towels, dishwasher pods (2 provided); dishsoap, toiletries, garbage bags*Notes - Not the place if you have anyone with mobility issues or toddlers. one set of fairly steep stairs (18 stairs) to get to the living area, and then another to get to the top level bedrooms. Floors are polished concrete. *Suggestions - these did not take away from our 5 star rating - really a great property - just a few things we think would make it even better:) *More kitchen towels *Leftover containers!! *Garage door opener *Bottom sheets on king beds came loose every nightOverall a wonderful stay / fabulous property!

Great for families

My husband and I and our son and his two young children stayed for three nights. The floor plan was perfect for providing privacy, space and quiet to all. The location was very quiet and convenient to many of Nashville's attractions. We very much appreciated the complimentary personal care products provided in each bathroom. The property management team was easy to communicate with. We had no issues with the property. It was spotless when we arrived, is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils, has comfortable living area seating and and has plenty of televisions for watching. We particularly appreciated having a two car garage in which to park our cars. An easy place to stay with grandchildren.

Awesome place to stay! Clean, quiet, great location. Parking was always close, no concerns for safety. This will be marked as one of my favorite rentals for future use. Perfect place for our family to come together for a few days while visiting Nashville.
