We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Nashville! The space was spotless when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests.We especially appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was whenever we had questions—communication was quick and easy, which made the entire experience even smoother.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The host is very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean. We would only suggest that some area rugs be added to the bedrooms to buffer the sound. The large window over the bed in the primary bedroom could use a privacy shade and to block out sun for sleeping purposes. Thank you!

Great weekend in Nashville!

We had a minor snafu but owner was super quick to respond and accommodate us. Location and house were perfect for our group. We're hoping to come back again soon!

Overall excellent

Place was perfect for what we needed and perfectly accommodating. Only issue was we received no communication on how to check in and had to call the owner when we arrived to get him to let us in. Very nice guy btw. The dish washer was liaded with dirty dished which was no big deal, we just ran it but then there were zero instructions on how we were expected to leave the place. Would highly recommend the accommodations but just suggest a little more communication from the owner.

Nashville Graduation Visit

The property was very clean and worked perfectly for our family. We were walking distance to campus and a short drive/uber to Broadway & Cheekwood . A terrific rental for our family get together.

A great stay if you have a large group!

All five couples had heir own private bedroom. The host communicated with me about any questions I had. The place was very clean and a great place for us all. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is to leave the wifi password out instead of in a drawer, but I never asked beforehand so that's my fault too.

Nashville Trip

The location & building were fine as described. The price was fair for the accommodations. They need to 1) Fix the lock/unlock entry system. 2) Give the place a deep clean. It wasn’t horribly dirty but they need to give it more attention. I would stay there again, but would want the two things above handled. Thank you.

Nice location but not very clean

The property was conveniently located, short Uber ride to downtown areas. However, the property was in need of a good cleaning. Floors were filthy and don’t even get me started on the ceiling fans…the amount of accumulated dust looked like caterpillars were on the blades. We mentioned a sewage smell to the property owner, and he did come check it out but just told us nothing was wrong and to open the windows. The awful smell was there the entire stay. The listing also advertises 4 bathrooms but it is actually 3.5 baths which was an important detail. No shower for guests on the first floor, so two bedrooms third floor bedrooms and bottom floor bedroom have to share a bathroom for bathing. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Lovely place and great location

Very nice property. We had an issue with the locks (battery needed to be changed) and we had issues getting in touch with someone to help us and to give us a workaround. Would have been a better day if we had the workaround documented somewhere and could have secured the property. Took a long time to get a response when several methods had been tried to reach someone. Voice, text, email, and app. That was a shame and the only downside. Hopefully the manager/owner will learn something for future guests and be more responsive.
