No me gusto que el delivery de la comida que ordene no la dejaron subir para que dejara la orden en la puerta. Sino se puede, el conserje por cortesia deberia subir el pedido y dejarlo en la puerta

Lamentamos el inconveniente de la necesidad de venir al vestíbulo para recolectar su comida entregada. Para la seguridad de todos los invitados, no permitimos que no sean los que no lo hagan ascienden al ascensor a los pisos de los invitados. Hotel was nice and clean. Not thrilled about the price to park in the garage as the price of the hotel should cover parking. Also, we went to leave and there were 2 piles of human feces right next to our car.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen area was great. The shuttle bus was wonderful with very nice drivers. Would definitely stay there again.

I liked the convenience of staying here. I did not like the bias customer service from one of the Guest Service Manager. People who work with the public should work on their people skills, especially when consumers are paying their hard earned monies.

Be prepared to pay $40.00 a night to park your car. Ice maker in fridge never worked. Called the front desk 3 times over 3 days No one ever looked at it water just runs out from under the fridge. They asked us to put a towel down to soak it up. This place cost us $375.00 a night. Look around and find a better hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. I've had great experiences at Homewood Suites hotels and this one was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great. The breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect! Clean, quiet, free shuttle around area, awesome breakfast with lots of options, cleaning crew were always around in the hallways in the am so we had no issues grabbing more towels, pool was a bonus! Bbq restaurant right out the back door
