“The check in process was not simple because the instructions given were not correct. Overall, check in process took around 30 minutes and had to resolve issue with property manager. There was trash all over the grounds of the property from previous guests. It appeared that no one cleaned up after previous guests. There were misleading check out instructions on Vrbo. On the listing, it stated that there is “Nothing you need to do, just drive home safely!” However, this was not the case, and there...
