The unit itself was very nice, clean, and as advertised. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the balcony and the pool. The Latch system for entry was easy to use. There is a homeless shelter across the street, however we did not encounter any issues with the residents. This rating would have been a 5 star rating if not for the poor and conflicting communication with management. In addition to a bogus maintainence fee that I was charged after checkout.There was a maintainence issue (an issue that normally would be something that management would take care of on a rountine basis without charge to their client) that was communicated to management the first day of our stay. It took a whole day of texting back and forth on the vrbo app. to even get someone to address the issue. It did get fixed, however, without any communication with me, a fee was charged to my bank account 6 days after our stay. I called several times to discuss the issue and was told each time (3 times) that the person who makes the decisions was in a meeting and they would call me back. That never happened. Instead I receive a text message via the vrbo app. that I would not receive a refund and to take it up with my bank. I am very disappointed in the lack of respect from management. It is unfortunate because this could have been a great review. I am not someone who normally complains, however I do feel I was taken advantage of in this situation, hence the review.

The property was as described and it was wonderful! We had 6 people and this place offered plenty of space for us. We really enjoyed the balcony. Only thing that was a little confusing was the figuring out the app to gain access to the building and unit, but once we figured that out it was a breeze! The check out instructions were a little vague but the staff was helpful and answered all the questions we had.

The property itself was nice enough for our stay. The location was a bit disconcerting given the homelessness and associated activity directly across the street. The remote control light and fan fixtures were also problematic as no effort to secure different frequencies had been made by the property owners. So as other occupants used their controls it would randomly turn our lights and fans on and off in the middle of the night.

Nashville Stay

Unit was very nice and well kept. Very nicely decorated. I didn't realize there was a homeless shelter right below the balcony. Security advised that it was unsafe to walk to Broadway. Which was a primary reason I booked the unit.

Girls trip to Nashville

The property was very clean, renovated, and had amenities such as free parking, dish soap/detergent, etc. The area around seemed a little bit seedy but once you walked a couple blocks it was very nice and I found myself around lots of restaurants/shops. Once I learned how to use the Latch app it was very easy to get in and out of the building with my phone. Some additional instructions on using the Latch app would have been helpful. My only complaint is the sink handle was very difficult to use and seemed broken. Other than that I loved this VRBO! We had a great time :)

Awesome spot for downtown stay

Had a great experience with the unit we rented. I was a short walk to downtown and Bridgestone arean. Scooter's were easily accessible outside. THE kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware. Iwould definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

This building and apartment is so beautiful. The lobby and hallways smell amazing! We did experience the light/fan problems others had mentioned. Of course that was a bit frustrating. The only other complaint was the latch system stopped working while my family was outside at 2:45AM. Luckily I was inside to let them in. Goodnight did reply within 30 mins to my email (yes, in the middle of the night.)

Loved our stay!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom was perfect for our group of 6. Very spacious with a kitchen and even a balcony! The beds were comfortable and the space was clean and well decorated. It was a short 15-20 minute walk to the bars on Broadway or Uber is a few minutes ride. The train is right next to the building but did not really bother us. It was a quieter part of the city, we felt safe in a group but probably wouldn't walk the neighborhood alone. There is free parking garage, first-come-first served and had no problem getting a space. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Good stay

Our stay here was fine, the property looked like the pictures & was clean. Checking in/out was a little "different", as it was through an App we hadn't used before - happy we had a younger crowd with us that figured it out quickly. Although the location is a nice walkable distance to Broadway and other conveniences, there were a lot of homeless in the area; but, we were never bothered by anyone. I would still stay there again :D

Nashville for Concert

The accommodations were really nice. They've got to figure out the remote-control fan and light switches. You are constantly fighting with your neighbors to keep your lights on or off. They would come on during all hours of the night all.

Clean facility

Very clean apartment, close proximity to walk to Broadway, appreciate the EV charging capability, friendly front desk staff. Strange light and ceiling fan activity- coming on and off in middle of the night .
