Very roomy

Our older kids loved being able to all stay in one room again but still have plenty of space in comfortable queen beds for each of them. Having the 3 bathrooms was amazing for getting ready with 7 people. The drive was close to Broadway and an easy Uber ride too on July 4th. The 3rd balcony was very nice with plenty of room but the banister was extremely and could:should not even been leaned against. Overall very pleased with the stay. All beds were very comfortable. Place was extremely clean. Not much seating in the living room but you can use kitchen chairs or barstools for extra seats.

Great resting place

This house is set at a great location, near downtown. We enjoyed the space and appreciate that each room had a bathroom. It had great accommodations. We definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with friends and family. Hosts were great and attentive to all our needs. Thanks, we would like to stay again.

Great host, and perfect for group stays.. close to downtown but a little sketchy surroundings

Let me start by saying we LOVED our stay, and the host was super great at accommodating us. We stayed here for my bachelorette, and it was plenty of space, comfy beds for us all. The double vanities were really nice in the bathrooms for all the girls to get ready. Super close to downtown, and awesome space overall to decorate etc. BUT beware that we had troubles with an uber not dropping our girls off to our house. He claimed it "wasnt safe" and he dropped them off a block or two away. This is by no means the VRBO fault, and I have filed with uber complaining of this driver, because honestly that was not safe and if I were in the car I would have thrown a fit. The next morning, we did wake up and notice that there were cars that got broken into on the next street, but they do offer garage space which was nice and just keep your car inside. BEYOND that, it seriously was a perfect place to stay and i will say that we didn't personally witness anything or feel unsafe. WE would 10/10 stay here again. The host let us check in early, and sent a new coffee maker which was so nice and she was always prompt with response. HIGHLY recommend, just be aware of your surroundings, and ENJOY!! Thanks so much for a beautiful stay and being apart of all of our memories :)

Fun townhouse close to downtown

This unit was as described; it was well appointed and clean and we had great communication with the owners. It had everything you’d need for your stay, with each room offering a private bath and plenty of space.

Wonderful 2023 family experience

The home was absolutely beautiful and is well prepared for guest. The area/location is a little concerning, although it appears that the area is being updated. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great weekend stay

The property was conveniently located to downtown Nashville. It was tastefully decorated and had great accommodations. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a huge plus! We would definitely book this again for a return trip.

Bachelorette weekend in Nashville

Went to Nashville as first timers with a group of friends celebrating a bachelorette party. This house was perfect for a group of 10- plenty of bed space and bathroom space for everyone to get ready. The owner of the home communicated well! The area of town the home is in has a bit of construction going on around it but nothing impeding our stay!

Talbot’s Corner Nashville

This property was perfect for our family. All 3 bedrooms had a bathroom and TV. Clean and well equipped with what we needed. The decks, kitchen, living room and laundry room made it an excellent rental. Only negative thing I could say is that the carpets throughout are very stained. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

What a Time We Had !

We had an amazing time, perfect view! The property was close to downtown, where we ate. We rented both sides of duplex. Everyone loved the layout and out of breath on stairs lol. But it was worth every breath!
