Overall, the communication with the staff was excellent. That part could not have been better. The check-in process was a little rough because evidently that people before us did a lot of damage. We did arrive a little early but we’re not allowed to access until after 4 PM that day, which is the check-in time so we can’t be too upset. The interior was mostly clean except for a few things, but overall pretty nice. The one bedroom did have some kind of Home gel left on the closet shelf, and a Band-Aid stuck on the wall, which was a little weird, but not horrible. We let them know their cleaners had failed a little, but overall the cleanliness was good. The home is in a great location to the Gulch and it’s about a half mile walk down hill. Lots of close restaurants down there and such. It’s a little more to Broadway and probably a mile and a half, but really a quick Uber ride. The biggest problem with the facility is the address. The address is not visible from the street and there is no stopping on the street at all. The access is off a 4 Lane Highway and you would have to have the Uber or car stop in the middle of one of the lanes and put the flashers on so you could get out. It is extremely poorly laid out. We found an address on the street behind us where the garage is and use that as our pick up and drop off location and it was much easier. The upstairs room with the 3 beds is very noisy due to the hot tub turning on and off all night. Aside from that the state was nice!

Great location and beautiful property

This place is everything! The pics were accurate it is clean, modern and lovely. The location is close to Broadway by a quick uber ride and in the gulch close to so many good restaurants. It has 4 bathrooms and bedrooms plenty of space and room for a good time. One note if you are traveling with an older crowd this location has a ton of steps for folks who don’t like stairs it’s huge.

Great spot, was as advertised. No issues during stay but only has parking for small vehicles. Location was great and rental was equipped with all the necessities.

Enjoyed this roomy 3 story condo. Well stocked kitchen, bag of goodies waiting for us. Comfortable beds, nice linens. Great location to walk to gulch with plenty of restaurants and stores to shop. Great communication! Looks a little worn, contemporary living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. Scheduling this property was tedious, extra cost with insurance required and for use of hot tub.

Beautiful, spacious home, plenty of room

The home was beautiful, location was great & host was easy to contact! They even left us a cute little goody bag! The only draw back was the 7 & 8 am construction in the mornings. I wish that was in the description. Once the construction is over, I'd def stay again!!

Nashville Done Right

Property was clean and well appointed. It was hard to locate the townhouse garage (point of entrance) because of construction and there is no front entry. The Gulch is within walking distance and the restaurants are superb.

Girls trip

It was just what we were looking for. Short Lyft anywhere and far enough it was quiet to sleep soundly. Loved the hot tub and spacious kitchen/ living room. Clean comfortable beds! Gorgeous bathrooms.

Nice Place - Location misleading.

The unit was nice, and accommodated 6 adults very well. However, this property is not in the Gulch, it is in Edgehill, southwest of I-65. Expect to walk a bit further.

Team Meeting in Nashville

My team of 4 professional women met in Nashville for our annual planning meeting. The location felt safe and the property was clean. There is some wear and tear on the property, because it looks like there has been some water damage, but the beds were extremely comfortable and we especially appreciated having enough space to spread out. We enjoyed wrapping up our evenings in the rooftop hot tub, and we loved the proximity to the Gulch and Broadway areas of town. There was some construction right next door that started promptly at 7:00am each morning, but it was mostly noticeable from the bedrooms, and wasn’t as bothersome in the meeting spaces. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Nashville.

Beware, owner will charge you for towels.

Owners charged us for stained towels. Towels! First they provide white towels, second we had nothing out of the ordinary that would stain towels, no make-up etc. Third, they are TOWELS! That's a cost of doing business. Find someone else to rent from.

Perfect location

It was beautiful, and the location was great. We had 6 women and the 4 bathrooms were so lovely. The hot tub on the roof top was amazing with the view. Our only complaints is that for bedroom 4 it has a queen, and two twin bunk beds that sway a lot, not great for adults. There are a lot of stairs so be aware of that. And there are no oils, or Pam for cooking. So if you are planning to make a meal be advised you will need to buy that. Other than that enjoy!

Great Location & Layout

We were in town for a family wedding and took advantage of the location to stay extra days and check out Nashville. PROS: The location of the property is outstanding! Very walkable to many areas and a quick drive to all the others. There are also electric scooters everywhere, if you have the app, it is easy to rent them to get around the area. The property is newer (built in 2018?) and the furniture and mattresses are good quailty. The layout of the property is perfect!! We had 8 adults (4 couples), all the bedrooms are ensuite and there is a powder bath on the 2nd (main) floor. Great views from the roof top deck and hot tub. CHALLENGES: Kitchen is not well stocked and the cookware/bakeware was very thrift store and heavily used. There was an obvious new ceiling repair in the living room from water damage, the shower above the living room had loose tiles in it. There area rugs everywhere and they do not have non-slip rug pads - beware, this was a big thing for our group.
