This beautiful home was perfect for 3 couples to stay & enjoy Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, private bedrooms & each couple had their own bathroom. I would say that the bath towels really need upgrading. Also, be aware that you will get a very long list with a LOT of uppercase rules long after a you have committed, some seeming a little ridiculous. None impacted our stay but a few seem unnecessary. Drew must’ve had some negative experiences in the past, however this would not keep me from returning. You will love the neighborhood with a few local Nashville restaurants in walking distance (Mas Taco & The Pharmacy are really good)

This is a charming and comfortable house -- clean and well-appointed, and ideally located in the heart of East Nashville, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and bars, and a quick ride across the river to Broadway and the sights of downtown. Our host was super responsive and made sure all of our needs were met. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we return to Nashville.

Excellent Stay; Perfect for our Family

Drew’s historic home in East Nashville was perfect for our needs and our family. Our party consisted of five adults and four kids ranging from age seven to sixteen and the house was just the right size. The description and photos were accurate and I was very pleased with the quick responses from Drew to any of my questions. I found him to be conscientious, considerate, and professional. His home was within 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go in Nashville; lots of restaurant and shopping options are very close by. His home was clean, well appointed, had cool artwork throughout, and smelled good. The beds were comfortable and the showers were relaxing with good water pressure. I enjoyed cooking on the gas stove and I appreciated having water and ice on the door of the fridge. Everything in the kitchen was convenient and within reach. Parking was plentiful on the street or on the left-hand of the shared driveway. Our family was very pleased with everything Drew provided us in his home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful stay in East Nashville

Such a great home in a prime East Nashville location that was perfect for our group in town for a wedding. House was charming, spacious and Drew was extremely communicative with answering any questions. We will be back!

Great location, cute house

We enjoyed staying here. Clean and loads of space. It was extremely cold during our stay and the host made sure we had good heat. Fun decor. Only a short uber ride to downtown and lots of other spots. Would stay here again.

We used the house as a headquarters for a 40th and 21st birthday weekend in Nashville. House was perfect! Spacious, clean, great location. Drew was very responsive and his communication was great. Location was perfect for getting around both East Nashville and downtown. Would stay here again!
