This unit was absolutely perfect for our stay to attend the MU vs Vanderbilt game! My husband told me several times I did a great job picking it out. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the location and loft! It was the perfect size, very clean, and very comfortable! The only issue was with the AC. We couldn’t get it to go below 76. The fans helped, and the host communicated with me very well to try and help, just an issue with the complex!

This is in a great location in the West End of Nashville. Close to many restaurants and in a safe neighborhood. This is our second year in a row to stay here. Great hosts, easy check in and check out process, beautiful room with everything you need! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

Lofts at 30th Nashville

Very easy to find, great location if you want something other than downtown. Walking distance to Parthenon and good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Neighborhood felt safe to walk in. Room was clean, quiet. Comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would make is the shower door is awkward, as it only covers half of the shower. It was difficult keeping water off the floor during a shower. It would be nice to have a bath mat available for the floor.

10th in Nashville

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and the place perfectly met our needs. Underground parking was available, but we chose to park on the street out front. Check in was simple and the codes made it easy to come and go. Inside it was clean, and everything was comfortable. Bed was amazing and the couch facilitated more than one nap, lol. We kept pretty busy, but the place was so nice that we really enjoyed our down time too. Location was fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone taking-in Nashville.

Nice unit, rough stay.

First I want to start with the good things about this unit. It’s very cute in a great location and the bed is so incredibly comfortable! There is plenty of convenient street parking. Now the not so good. Upon check in, their system forces you to accept the additional damage waiver cost in order to get the check in code. I didn’t want to incur this additional cost and tried to reach someone from their management company (in Phoenix) for two hours before I was finally able to get in contact with someone. I emailed, messaged through the app and called several times with no luck while we waited outside with our luggage. Someone finally called me back and she ultimately waived the fee and gave me the check in code, but just be aware of this when you’re checking in. Our second issue was the code on our lock stopped working after returning from dinner one night. We called the management company and since it was around 8:30pm, she suggested we may need to find another place to stay that night and they would address it the following day. That was not an option as we had nowhere to go and all of our belongings were inside the unit. After unsuccessfully trying different codes, they called a locksmith who arrived an hour later and had to drill the lock while we sat on the floor of the hallway. I will say, the person helping us from the management company was trying her best and was apologetic. I only received a $50 refund for our inconvenience, which didn’t seem like enough.

The property is in a good location. It appears that the maintenance needs to be reviewed as we had 2 water issues in 2 different units. Our experience was frustrating because of this.

Great location and I really liked this condo. When I got home found out I was charged $120 for “damaged towels and sheets”. When I tried to call and email the company to dispute this, I got no response. I made several attempts. I will never use this company again.

Enjoyed staying at this condo. Pros: Very comfy bed, quiet property. Nice to have off-street free parking. Cons: The bathroom baseboard needs paint—rusty stain is gross. Housekeeping could do a better job wiping down counters, cleaning floors & bathroom mats. Kitchen lighting very dim—several bulbs needed replacing. Suggest adding a full length mirror in the unit & hooks in bathroom. Overall, enjoyed the location and cool decor.

Bathroom baseboards look like they have mold. Someone walked in on us the first morning we were there. Good Stay told us it was one of their technicians and not to worry. Didn’t instill the most confidence in safety. Good location. Able to walk to a lot of things or Uber.

Immaculate!

Beautiful apartment with garage parking. No complaints really. Extremely comfortable and clean. Only minor complaint was “big foot” in the apartment above who was stomping at 430am but what can you do. Perfect place to stay for two. Would definitely book again.

6 days in Nashville

The description was exactly as the listing. Very clean and beautifully decorated. One thing that I would like to suggest is adding recycling bins for inside use. Would return to this location for sure. We also did use Uber ride instead of driving ourselves downtown Nashville. The cost of parking is very expensive $50 for 4 1/2 hours;Uber was about $20 for both ways.

Chic and clean

We visited Nashville to look at colleges and my teen daughter and I both enjoyed this property. There was room for us to relax and it was very clean. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The location was great for us- we walked to Vanderbilts campus. There are several restaurants w/in walking distance as well.

Ok but need better attention to cleanliness and neatness. Closet with extra bed and linens was crowded and disorganized. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was disgusting, you need to look up while cleaning. Also consider supplying Kleenex tissues. Need to use a different cleaner on refrigerator surface, looks very smeary. Liked the unit and building.
