It is a nice place and well equipped but it was not clean. Basic cleanliness did not occur on counters and floors. The bed spreads were dirty with liquid stains. We also weren't made aware that parking in the guest space would only fit a compact car although we have an 8 passenger vehicle for all of our group so it would be nice to know this ahead of time.

Parking situation not clear and limited. Otherwise apartment was great, very spacious and clean and central to where we needed to be. Latch website link could be better, or allow latch app access. Needed to get codes from vacasa who were very responsive

Everything was in good condition. It is close to Broadway as well as German town the Nashville farmers market. It is comfortable lots of room we had 6 in our party and had more then enough room beds are comfortable. Overall we had a great time I would stay there again.

Upon arrival we were thrilled with the space & the view out the back door. The hassle of all the codes and jumping in an out of vehicles to type codes in for doors was a lot but appreciated the security. We shortly started to notice how dirty the place was. Our socks were black within 20 minutes every day. Wish we would have packed slippers. The ceiling vents had thick dust hanging from them and the baseboards were coated in hair/dust. The shower also had hair on the walls during my first shower upon arrival. Place is spacious but the cleaning is not up to par.

Great location, close to downtown Broadway. We walked to moonshine coffee which was very close. The place was very cute but was not very clean. There were ants all over the apartment and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned and along the base boards.

Great location along the River

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for a weekend away. Love the 2.5 bathrooms. View from living room was beautiful. Easy walk to Broadway street about half a mile.

Great location

Location is excellent- walking distance to Broadway. Excellent view- on the river; nice porch deck for morning coffee. Could use some tissue boxes.

Easy downtown location with view

Wonderful location, walkable to restaurants/bars & music on Broadway and Germantown pubs. Condo has balcony with great view. Enjoyed sunrises & sunsets. Only one bedroom has TV and 2nd TV in living room. Coffee pot uses ground coffee and filters were provided. Hand soap provided in each bathroom & plenty of towels. Dish soap & sponge & dishwasher pods provided. Train runs nearby (scenic & not noisy). Path along water has some bikers & joggers and sadly some homeless nearby but always felt safe. Washer/Dryer was very good and convenient (bring your own detergent pods). One guest parking spot. Key code works promptly at 4pm on arrival day no earlier. Very easy to contact property guest services with quick responses although this is supported by a company. The condo was very clean but on arrival there was a ceiling light on floor and insulation that dropped from ceiling. They were apologetic as it was supposed to be fixed before we arrived. Great light in condo. There is construction in area as they are building other condos so front bedroom view wasn't as nice but view from kitchen/livingroom/balcony was excellent and well enjoyed.

Excellent view, huge space and easy parking

This unit has an excellent view right on the river, with active barge and other river traffic. There are a number of trains that cross the bridge near the building, but they didn't bother us. The unit is just huge! There is SO much space. The balcony isn't very big, but it's enough to seat about 4, with a great view of the river. There's a large guest parking lot next to the building, and there was only ever 1 other car there with us. A number of reviews mentioned problems with the unit's door lock code changing every day. We didn't have that problem though, as the code was the same during our stay. It's a clunky system to log in to their site to get the code though.

Nashville Girls Trip

There were 6 of us staying in the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us! The location was a 5-10min uber from everything so very easy. Our only complaint was that we didn't get the entrance code until exactly 4pm on check in day which I've never experienced before. When everyone's coming from out of town, that's a little nerve wracking! Also the code changed every 24 hours exactly at midnight so we were constantly scrambling to find it to get into the unit. It just added additional stress that wasn't necessary. Overall, the stay was great but the code situation was just a lot!

Daughters 21st birthday

Great place, beautiful view. Clean with lots of space and beds. Walls are not insulated and we could hear everything going on in the building and the train was very loud but the view and atmosphere of the apartment outweighed all that. Could walk to Broadway but took Ubers which were cheap and quick to arrive. Would stay again!

Nashville - 700 First Ave N

Location was very convenient to Broadway. There was a considerable amount of construction in the area which took away from the general ambiance of the property I suggest upgrading the toilet paper and sheets to hotel quality.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed walking to Broadway, Ryman, Printers Ally and the Gulch. The unit was clean, comfortable and stocked well. We appreciated the view of the bridge and got excited to see it open and close. Highly recommend
