Great location and great place. Enjoyed our stay. Property management wasn’t great at answering questions about the property as they seemed to generalize all questions to the properties they managed.

great except for elctronic lock did not work at 2:30 A.M.

Everything was great except the lock stoped working at 2;30 in the morning when we returned home from Broadway. The company could not get someone out to fix if till 9:00 the next morning. At 4:40 AM they finally put us in another room in the same building. No one had access to clothes, soap, makeup remover or medicine. If your going to use electronic locks you should have a back up plan if one fails. Decent company if everything is going well but handled this problem poorly. They did give me a 200 credit but in my opinion it did not make up for a lost night of sleep and ruined our plans for the next day due to being exhausted.

Great stay in Nashville!

This condo was a wonderful location! We used the scooters to easily get to Broadway (15 minutes), music row (10 minutes), and the gulch (5 minutes). The bed was extremely comfortable & the majority of the condo was spotless! The balcony overlooking the pool was nice to relax on! Kitchen area is fully stocked. Building is very secure and in a nice area. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay in Nashville that's just far enough away from Broadway

Clean and modern facility in a convenient location. There's not much else going on within a few blocks so don't expect to just walk across the street for coffee or something to eat, but that looks to change soon. 12 South almost two miles one way, and Broadway about a mile the other way. The Gulch is probably a twenty minute walk. I utilized Uber and scooters for most of my travel back and forth. The property gets a little beat up in public spaces buy my unit was clean (they just replaced the hallway carpet so someone is paying attention), modern and well maintained.

AWFUL - DO NOT STAY HERE

Where do I even begin. We couldn’t find one person to allow us into the room when we arrived to the building. Yes it was early, however the only thing we wanted to do was put our stuff in the room so we weren’t carrying it around Nashville on a 100+ degree day. Another patron who was staying there had just done the same exact thing & whoever he dealt with, was no where to be found; he knew we were waiting for him & he disappeared. So we went up to our room, there was a woman “inspecting” it for cleanliness who asked us to wait while she did. We waited maybe 2 minutes & then she allowed us to go in. The condo was FILTHY. We had to vacuum as soon as we walked in. Black mold around the toilet bowl, disgusting dirty towels/wash cloths, only 4 towels & 4 washcloths provided for 4 quests (2 of those towels & 2 of those wash cloths were filthy), no extra pillow cases, no sheets/blanket for sofa pullout, dirty shower, dirty stove top, blood on the comforter of the bed, mold in the keurig…

Great Stay

We were in town for the first time taking in all that Nashville can offer for the weekend. The unit was immaculate. Having a kitchen made mornings super easy. Bed was a little noisy but we can overlook that with how well appointed the rest of the unit was. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Cute place, nice pool, walkable to the sites

The place was comfortable for our group of three, visiting Nashville for a family anniversary party, and a nice break from the downtown bustle. The balcony was nice to have, as well as access to the pool. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to a lot of what you want to see in Nashville. Fortunately, we are walkers, and even though it was hot and humid, we walked to Broadway, the Ryman and even 12 South neighborhood. Thank you!

TOTAL SCAM ** DO NOT RENT

When we got to the property. The lock would not open with the code they gave us. Called the rental company and spent over an hour on the phone and it still did not work. Being that the rental was not even in Nashville they could not guarantee when they could get someone out to open the lock for us. It was clear that there were several attempts to break into the door prior to us being there so obviously this is a huge problem for them. Never got into the apartment and no refund was of an sort was given. Plus the entire 4th floor smelled like a dirty dirty bathroom!!!!!

Nashville trip

My husband and I came to Nashville because our daughter was at an FCCLA conference here and we wanted to be near her because she is only in Middle school and this was her first big trip without us and far away from home. We love Nashville and decided to make a vacation out of it while also giving us peace of mind that we would be close in case she needed anything. This is 0.9 miles away from Broadway and about a 20-25 minute walk. During the day this was fine but in the evening we decided to get an Uber. That worked well for us and this was a clean, quiet, and very nice place to stay. We liked being a little away from all of the action of Broadway, but close enough that we could be there in a few minutes when we wanted to be. We would definitely stay here again!
