Host was very welcoming! Location was great. Ubers plentiful. A few minor complaints about the unit. No sufficient lighting in bedroom closets. Replaced a bulb from a lamp to be able to see. Ice maker in freezer didn't work. A few scuffs here and there (master bathroom, dents in wall). But overall very nice layout.

The condo is a great location for downtown access. We were out exploring more than we were in the condo, but it provides everything needed. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, great water pressure in the showers, equipped kitchen and tvs in each room. The condo was clean and smelled good. Garage parking and stairwell access was faster than taking the elevator and walking back around the other side. Kurt was responsive before and during the stay. I recommend this condo for anyone who wants to see downtown easily.

Clean and spacious condo with nice views of the river! Very walkable to downtown and local coffee shops. The train passing by was loud on weekday mornings, but thankfully didn't run on the weekends. We had a great stay!

Very good property. It was clean, new, and has nice furniture. We really enjoyed it. Bedding is comfortable. Great location. Has a balcony that we enjoyed sitting on and having a beverage. Access to garage is quirky but once we figured it out, it was serviceable. We would stay there again.

Very cute condo. Great views and a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. Lifts are cheap if you don’t want to walk. Clean and quaint. Would stay again!

Great Property / Great Location

Traveled to Nashville to celebrate my son and his friends 21st birthday. Perfect size for 6. Pool was awesome. Courtyard was stocked with Cornhole and bags and BBQ grills. One mile walk to Broadway. Host was very responsive. Had a 10/10 time!

it was very nice. There was a rust stain in the tub. Everything else was nice except for the fruit flys. We were being attacked by them our entire stay. that was very unfortunate

Incredible Accommodations

We stayed in the condo for 4 days. Between the gorgeous view and beautiful, clean, safe accommodations, we were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. We gathered here for a college roommate reunion.Easily accessible to all venues, yet away from the chaos downtown. It was the perfect venue to sit and relax after a full day of playing tourist. The river view was mesmerizing.While we didn't utilize the kitchen area, it was nice to know it was there if we needed it.

The apartment was exactly as listed - clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It was nice having the outside space with the balcony. We only had to speak to the hosts once and they were very easy to contact and very responsive. The location couldn't have been better - and actually a lot closer to downtown and Broadway than i had realised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville - and can't wait to return. This apartment would be our first choice for future accommodation.

Excellent property. Nice location with easy access to freeways and downtown. It’s nice to park inside out of the elements. It also makes it more convenient to enter and exit the building.The condo itself was as nice as advertised. Very clean and comfortably spacious enough for five. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
