Our family enjoyed staying at this condo during the week of New Year’s 2025/26. The place is incredibly clean and in a great location to go anywhere you want in and around Nashville. Communication with the host was excellent as they checked in throughout our stay to ask if we had any questions while visiting Nashville. We especially enjoyed the big, circle table to enjoy breakfasts and play board games during our downtime.

Perfect! My stay was nothing more than comfortable and convenient. Cleanliness, setup, lighting, washer dryer, 2BDRM2BATH as well as many more components. The convenience of the first floor restaurant made long days seem shorter. Thank you for the continuous communication throughout our stay. We will definitely be utilizing your home again soon.

Condo was clean and well equipped. Safe neighborhood within short distance to downtown Nasville. The beds were comfortable. The condo met our needs perfectly. The balcony space was a nice bonus. The parking garage was conveniently located and easy to enter and leave.Overall a great place to stay!!!

This condo is so nice, the pictures don't even do it justice. I chose it and my friends were very impressed with it. Obviously, an interior designer decorated it. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a lasagna pan). Also, the beds were very comfy. Great location, near Centennial Park & close to many attractions.

This condo is fantastic! Arrival instructions and entry was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent and prompt. The condo was very clean, organized and stocked for our stay. The safe location is so convenient - close to restaurants, shopping, Walgreens, campuses, and short car ride or Uber to Broadway. This corner unit offered quiet and a wonderful wrap around patio to enjoy. Two guaranteed onsite garage parking spaces were certainly a plus.Would highly recommend, would definitely stay again and every bit deserves a 5-star rating!

The location was fantastic. Close to restaurants. The advertisement was spot on. The condo was exactly like the pics and very well decorated. Local family members noted the same thing. The host was very responsive and made it easy to check-in and out. I would definitely recommend this property!

Short and sweet visit!

We came to visit family for father's day. Property was clean, easy to access and in a great location! We loved the wrap around porch! The property was close to Centennial park so we spent the morning enjoying the park. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a long weekend.

Property was perfect for our long weekend in Nashville for our family of five. The location was central to downtown and in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed the wrap around deck and seating. Thank you for having a little coffee, soap and shampoo so we didn’t have to run out as soon as arrived.

Beautiful property and perfect size and location for visiting everything Nashville. Brand new Mexican restaurant in the building is very good! It is on a road that seems to attract loud cars/trucks/Harleys during night hours which made it a little louder than we are used to. The owner should have a little chat with the cleaning crew. Fridge was stainless steel, so I know it's hard to clean, but it looked like it was wiped with a dirty wet cloth. Before leaving, I checked under all the beds for anything that might have rolled under, and it was obvious that is not part of the cleaning routine. The top of the fridge was also very dusty and likely never cleaned. This place is a super 5 star if it were cleaned properly. The main areas seemed clean, but it was the other somewhat hidden areas that shocked us. The owner was super clear on all communication and even checked in on us. The list of suggested places to visit/eat was very helpful and spot on correct and appreciated. The price was good too. Not cheap, but also not over priced. We had a family of four and it worked great with the two twin beds. When it was quiet, it's a beautiful location and the balcony is great with views of Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University.

Exactly what we needed

This condo was great! Easy to find, parking was also great! Unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the huge balcony every morning and evening. We will be returning to Nashville monthly and will definitely check this availability

Girls Trip!

Overall, our group of 6 had a great stay! The apartment was large enough to comfortably host us. We really enjoyed the pool during the daytime & the location was in close proximity to the popular Nashville spots. Also, the host was very quick to get back to me regarding any questions I had. Would definitely recommend Jen and her location to others!
