Exceptional, Highly Recommend. Would Stay Again In a Heart Beat. Communication:-Have stayed at many Vrbos. Best communication I have ever had. Takes away any concerns or questions you may have. All the travel angst that one expierences goes away.-Texting with Kieran and Dawson is so easy. They get back to you almost immediately. Even left a bottle of champagne for a Bday celebration.Location:-Printer's Alley proximity to Broadway was great. We would walk to 2nd then Broadway for more scenic path, or straight down 3rd and 4th for quickest.-Originally concerned with entry being off Printer's Alley due to noise but unit was completely quiet, (besides my daughters. LOL). In addition, ambience of Printer's Alley added cool vibe, different than Broadway.-Would get back to unit anywhere from 1:00am to 3:00am and everyone felt safe.Unit Condition:-Immaculate, and cozy at the same time. Exposed brick and arched windows make the space very unique.-Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.-Towels were excellent, and toilet paper too. (not kidding)-On suite bathrooms, and extra bathroom off Hall is great when traveling with a larger group.In summary, this is a great find.

We had a great family trip to Nashville. The Loft was very nicely provisioned and was in a great location. Walkable to everything in DT Nashville near Broadway. The host made the process very easy.We will definitely be back.

Condo is gorgeous and a super convenient location Great pub right next store 4 minute walk to Broadway Little grocery right around the corner Condo was clean quiet and stocked with everything we needed Highly recommend and will definitely go back!!!

Outstanding host! Very accommodating. The property was perfect for our group of 7. We were in town for the football game. The location was perfect for walking to the stadium, Broadway, etc.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The owners went out of their way to provide useful items such as charging cords, USB ports on the nightstands, sound machines, snacks, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. Communication was great with the manager and they were able to accommodate early check-in and late checkout. The location is very convenient to walk to Broadway and about a mile walk to the Gulch. I would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette Weekend

One of my cousins wanted to celebrate her bachelorette in Nashville. I was tasked with finding a place for seven of us to stay. The majestic lofts was perfect. Wonderful location, with tons of places close by and a short walk to Broadway. It was incredibly clean and organized. We wanted for nothing this weekend! When the property manager asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told him it was a bachelorette weekend, they included a free bottle of prosecco. Thoughtful, convenient, and just absolutely perfect! Thank you for making this memorable weekend possible!

Another Awesome Stay

Words cannot express the willingness of Kiera in accommodating our travel plans. She stayed in constant communications with us pre-travel. The location is the best and I do not hesitate to recommend the property team. The property is very clean and safe. It is a short distance to Broadway, but without the crowds. The property itself is well appointed and the decor is beautiful and well maintained. They even have the memory foam bed pillows. The mattresses are firm, which is a positive to me. Each bedroom has it own bathroom and even contains make-up remover packets. They truly have thought of everything that makes a visitor feel at home. Majestic truly describes our stay once again.

Location, location, location!

Look no further if you need a place in the middle of it all! Super clean, and the 4 en suites made it very comfortable for our group of 8 older adults. Host was very nice and responsive. Will book again!

Magnificent!!!

This place is amazing! Close to everything. We walked to Broadway and to Nissan stadium. We also had a last at the bars on Printer’s Alley. Dawson is very attentive and everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Nashville

Not sure what I can say except exceptional! The property was as described and more! Perfect location, perfect loft. Perfectly accommodated our group with all the amenities required for a long weekend stay. Thank your for the hospitality and great job with all the renovations to the property. We will be back!

We stayed with 3 mo old to 84 years old… the space was perfect … the only complaint was the noise above with boot wearing occupants walking the floors from 1a to 3a.. all the bedrooms were outfitted with sound machines so that helped a lot. Great location… very easy to walk and get around!

Great stay in downtown Nashville

First time in Nashville and the location was great. Little tricky finding the place at first, but from there it was an easy walk to downtown. The unit was great and ideal for a group of friends. Property manager was very accommodating. I'd definitely recommend.

Great outing to Nashville with family. 5th time visiting Nashville first time at Printers Alley, but definitely not our last. Stuff to do right outside your door, but quiet and peaceful inside. Everything else was a safe and short walk

Awesome place

Amazing place to stay. The unit is so clean and has everything you’d need for your stay! The host Dawson was so nice and accommodating. Location is within walking distance to Broadway. Definitely will stay here again!

Absolutely worth it!

Beautiful VRBO unit. Great communication. Very comfortable unit. Right on Printers Alley so the location is perfect. Short walk to Broadway. Just book it, you won’t be sorry.

Great Location - Printers Alley

Came to Nashville for Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band concert at Nissan Stadium. 8 adults were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms and had plenty of room in the kitchen and living room areas. Unit is centrally located to all of the Nashville nightlife and the walking bridge to stadium. Really the best part of town is Printers Alley. Kate, Dawson and Madison were very responsive to all of our questions and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. Unit has everything! Very well equipped with all of the necessities and well stocked with many additional items as well. The Fedora bar downstairs was very convenient for a quick drink before and after dinner. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We needed 4 bedrooms so this was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions, bars and food. Very clean, laundry on site, I was able to have Instacart delivered for extra snacks. Staff was friendly each time we interacted.

Girls Trip- Great Stay!

This was one of the nicest vrbo's I have ever stayed in! We could not have asked for anything more! Moms and daughters girls trip - seven us fit just perfectly - we all loved that fact that there were so many bathrooms. It was exactly as advertised - SO clean and tidy. Beds were so comfortable, rooms were spacious, no complaints! We appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge and snacks! Dawson was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating for the early check in since our flight arrived so early - The location was a very short 5-6 min walk to Broadway - the furthest 27 min walk was to Biscuit Love (which was delicious and worth the walk) Another Broken Egg Cafe is another close place for a delicious breakfast! We felt safe in the neighborhood and liked all the extra security measures for accessing the lofts. First time visiting Nashville and definitely will not be the last! If we have enough guests, we would not hesitate booking here again- everyone loved staying here! Thank you!
