Honestly, I can’t say enough about our stay at majestic lofts 501. The property is beautiful and felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dawson, Kieran and team were wonderful to work with and made booking, check in and communication super simple. Unit was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. Location was awesome- easy walk to Broadway and the Ryman. It is located on Printers Alley and there is a lot going on but noise was not a problem at all. Unit very well soundproofed. All in all I rate our whole experience a 12 out of 10. One of the nicest, most accommodating and perfect places we have stayed!!!

This is one of the best units I've ever rented. The rooms are beautiful and the kitchen is very well equipped. Kieran was very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for hanging out in Nashville with restaurants, bars, and even small grocery stores within walking distance. We found that using the address 314 Church St made Uber pick up/drop off a breeze. Surprisingly, the unit was very quiet, even with all the noise in Printers Alley. I would definitely rent at this location again!

Hands-down, this was the best VRBO experience that we have ever had! Everything was so well thought out from the detailed instructions when it was time to check in and check out, to everything in between. There was a lovely bottle of champagne, cold water, and snacks to welcome us and make us feel immediately at home. Such a treat after a long morning of travel. It was equipped with everything that you could possibly think that you would need and the place was spotless. I think that Dawson and Kieran should hold seminars to teach others how it should be done. Thank you so much for a wonderful day with family and friends!

Can’t say enough about Majestic Lofts. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. From early check in, luggage storage, providing all the essentials along with special extra touches. The loft was very spacious, clean, quiet and a great location. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great 3 night stay at Majestic Lofts. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Spotless and beautifully decorated. The location in Printers Alley was perfect. A couple of blocks from Broadway with tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Loft so much that we are already booked for next year! Perfect location, super clean loft, wonderful communication with property manager all add up to a fun trip! We were 4 couples and the accommodations were wonderful!

We traveled as a group of 7 girls. I will absolutely be back, and will stay in this location. This was my third trip to Nashville, and is the best location, and the unit is very nice, and extremely clean. We were happy to see that there were snacks and a bottle of bubbles waiting for us. The rooms are nice and big, and each has a very nice bathroom in it. AND, the additional full bathroom made getting ready a breeze. Some of the reviews mentioned noise, however we couldn't hear anything but our own music. We could not hear street noise, nor anyone upstairs. You won't regret staying here, and we felt safe. Everything was wonderful when it comes to this unit. The following are the ONLY things we could think to let others know about. 1 - Check in is perfectly described in the notes, it's just not a type we had all used before. Instead of a code, you're given a key fab that gets you into the building and room. It's far more secure than just a code, it's just notable that it's different. 2 - They have 7 wine glasses, and a few coffee cups. So lucky weren't a big coffee drinking bunch. 3 - Getting delivery was tricky, and this is not fault to the unit, just notable to those who want a delivery. The door to the building opens to an alley, so you need to coordinate a pick up spot on the nearby street.That's it. That's all we could give constructive feedback on, everything else was heavenly.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!

The communication was excellent, answered all my questions. I have never given out 5 STARS before to any business- THIS ONE DERSERVES IT!!! Building was clean, every room was PERFECT!!! Great Location!! Love the Key system. In walking distance to BROADWAY. Did NOT hear any outside Noise!!

Great stay at the Majestic!

It would be hard to overstate how great this place is! Clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious and so nicely decorated. The hosts were excellent communicators and nothing was overlooked. We enjoyed our time. The unit (501) easily accommodated 8 adults and a baby.

Epic Majestic Lofts

Majestic loftsWhat an epic memorable trip. Amazing place to stay in a prime location on Printers Alley. Walkable to all the hot spots we wanted to check out. We fit 8 adults comfortably in majestic Loft 501. The beds were comfortable, the place was so clean and each room had its own bathroom. Had everything we needed plus more. Communication was easy, detailed instructions provided and prompt responses. Dawson and Kieran were so nice, helpful, thoughtful and made our trip that much more memorable. Definitely staying here again on our next trip. Thank you!

Perfect location in the Music City

We had a great time in Nashville. We had great communication with Dawson before, during and after our stay. The loft in Printer's Alley is perfectly located with bars and restaurants steps from the front door and a very short walk to the Ryman Theater and Broadway. We can't wait to return and we would stay at Majestic Lofts again without hesitation - the unit was clean and comfortable and included extra comforts and amenities that made for a wonderful stay. Thanks again!!

Perfect Nashville spot!

We’ve stayed in several places downtown and Majestic Lofts has been the best by far. Excellent space, clean and nice bedrooms, super communication with owner, and spotless condo. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Location

Perfect spot. Amazing host!

Staying in Nashville with a big group. Stay here! Easy walk from Broadway. Very comfortable, everyone has there own space. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Quiet, brand new feel. We will definitely be back.

The loft and host were awesome!

A group of friends stayed here for a long weekend and it was worth every penny. The host answered questions quickly and was the most accommodating & hospitable host I’ve ever worked with. Every little detail from makeup wipes, a bottle of champagne & snacks upon arrival, to a fully-stocked kitchen could be found here. Quiet, easy access and immaculately clean!! Quick walk to Titans Stadium and Broadway. Our group will be back. Thanks, Dawson!

Spectacular property

Majestic Lofts on Printers Alley in Nashville exceeded our expectations. Our group of 8 adults found the space to be larger than anticipated, very well-stocked, and ideally located. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back.
