Stayed here with 3 friends for a girls trip to Nashville. The hosts provided everything we needed and the condo was perfect! We were able to walk to The Gulch for food and drinks and took quick inexpensive Lyft rides to Broadway. Special bonus...we did the Soul of Music City Tour and learned interesting details about the building and many of the recording artists who stayed there. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this place based on proximity to our activities and reasonable cost. However the host reached out over a month after booking to tell me there was a VRBO glitch and the cleaning fee wasn’t actually included. They charged us 100 on top of the advertised, all-in-price even though it initially says “all fees are included”. I paid it because I didn’t have time to find something else.I’d recommend ear plugs and a sleep mask if you’re not accustomed to staying in cities. There is street noise and there are blinds, but no curtains. The apartment is close to everything and was a good place to lay our heads but wasn’t comfortable for hanging out. Parking was easy and host directions were clear. Maxwell house coffee is provided and there is salt, pepper, and sugar. If you’re in town for a short time and spending most of your time out, this is a pretty decent spot.

Phenomenal location and really great place that is well maintained. We were right in the middleof where all the music labels are and had very quick Uber rides to Broadway and East Nashville. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!P.S. The building’s history is worth learning about…do some Googling and you’ll be amazed!

Convenient location, the unit was clean with contemporary design. We loved the large mirror in the bathroom location that fit a few of us at the same time. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Walls are paper thin! We first stepped into the building and could here full conversation outside by the pool, not that they where loud just paper thin walls. It would say it would be a nice place if you are visiting just to drink all day but never would I take your wife for an anniversary and stay here! Building and lobby need work. Overall communication was good they just need to be more transparent with the state of the building. We actually never stayed booked hotel room because of the smell of stale smoke. Asked for refund owners where not interested.

This place is wonderful! Great layout, well kept up, fun pool, easy parking, and great location. It's easy and walkable to get downtown and also easy to get in and out for day trips in the car. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Matte Black and impressive when you first walk in! My husband appreciated the feminine figure artwork! Modern and fully equipped kitchen with extras!. Extremely comfortable and clean. Two huge side by side showers with toiletries supplied. Also two sink vanity with lots of storage and plush towels. Bedrooms were on the small size and did not have a closet, dresser, wardrobe or even a luggage rack. There were hooks with hangers on the wall to hang a few items. Fortunately we only used one of the two bedrooms so we stored our suitcases in the other. We were only there two nights so it worked out. The bed however very comfortable! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Laundry supplies also available. Great location on Music row. Close to several venues and many in walking distance. Loved the area. Safe and secure building. Community pool was fun but was in need of some cosmetic repairs. Overall a great value and we would highly recommend staying here! Check in and check out seamless and owners with prompt communication .

Great stay!!

Spotless unit and great location. Easy check in/out instructions. We walked to everywhere we needed to go. There are plenty of towels for the pool and shower with a washer/dryer in the unit which was nice. Great bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking and walk to Lower Broadway in just over 15.

This was our first time in Nashville and our hosts and the property were beyond expectation. Felt like I’d known Lacey for years, she was amazing! And the rental was clean, close to bars and restaurants, and decorated beautifully! We loved our stay and will definitely rebook! Thanks again to our wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!
