I loved everything about my stay at Memoir. The staff working were always friendly and quick to say hi. Almost everyone living there was friendly and made sure to say hi. The amenities were really nice, so you technically never had to leave the area (although recommend touring around Nashville). My room exceeded expectations and I loved the kitchen aspect. Everything from the cutlery, to the fact you had your own washing machine/dryer, to the bed linens was exceptional. I would happily come back and hope I get the opportunity to!

I booked 4 rooms total for my employees and paid the full amount and even had an extra night for multiple rooms that were UNUSED. They ended up charging our card TWICE for missing room keys? We travel 20-30 times a year and I have never in my life seen such terrible practice. Never staying here again. Unacceptable.

The property is beautiful, no housekeeping was a bit unexpected but not a deal breaker. Did not feel safe with the surrounding areas, no walkability. 10 minute uber drive to downtown.

The room was exactly as described. The amenities were great: pool, workout area, inside lounge area with pool table. Check-in and out were a breeze. Far enough away from the busy of downtown area, but close enough to enjoy it with a quick five minute ride share. Will definitely return!

Overall, 3 Stars. It was clean, and the people were nice, but there were several issues with our room and little attempt at an apology. First, the microwave didn't work; then we noticed a leak in the back of the toilet. Although we didn't try the microwave again upon our return, a monster hip-high industrial box fan was placed in our bathroom and left to run on high all night, while the non-fitting fitted sheet kept curling off the mattress. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep before my flight home. Oh, and when I asked if the one free drink for VIP upgrade was something from the coffee bar... no, it's a can of sparkling water. Really?? Water is your VIP perk?? That said, I also got the impression that the hotel portion of the apartment is new, so these are small kinks that can be worked out with a little attention to detail, so I would be willing to give it a second chance in a year or so.

The room and property was very nice, No TV service at all. The tub was extremely slippery casing both my husband and I to slip, this is very dangerous. In addition, directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not very clear.
