It was great place to stay but not a penthouse just a regular suite! There is no balcony (which is fine but we thought there was). Check in may be tricky using Expedia so reach out in advance. Great place and great host but just a few notes.

The host was the most accommodating I’ve ever experienced! The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing, the bedding was fantastic and views were amazing as well. 10/10 would recommend!

The first picture displayed on Expedia of this "Penthouse" location is what a penthouse looks like, but the picture was just of a common area. The actual unit looks nothing like it. Check in requires downloading an app and figuring it out, not the easiest process. I can deal with tech and apps, but this one was not easy to deal with. The main screen showed four entries, but you had to go to a secondary page to find the elevators and doors. The code they gave for the actual unit worked easily.

Place was nice and clean, didn’t like the fact had to pay 30.00 a day for parking but parking in Nashville is not cheap either. Take Ubers, they are very inexpensive. The parking fees are exorbitant.

Location was good,price good, could have been a bit cleaner. Communication with host was non-existent and extremely frustrating. I will use other resources to book my next trip.

The pictures of the room on Expedia and the actual room were not the same. The room advertised and the room we received were different rooms. This was false and misleading advertising. The room received was definitely not worth what we paid.

The place is very spacious, enough for 2 kids and 2 adults to have their own space. Nice view of the city. If you don’t mind the walk, you can get to downtown. Area is quiet since it’s far enough from the main busy areas.

Perfect 4th of July vacation

Great condo! Beds were comfy and location was convenient. We would stay here again for sure. Fireworks from pool deck were awesome. I would recommend they stock a roll or two of paper towels.

Great family apartment

The apartment was in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants in a really walkable area. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was really nice to have two bathrooms also. The gym and outdoor spaces were a really nice bonus as well.

Great location in the Gulch. Two bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 beds. Gym, pool. Great communication by the owner.

Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful experience! Would never stay there again or recommend anyone staying there.

We loved it, was hard to figure out which parking garage, but great communication throughout our stay, did wish we had a tv in the main bedroom, as i like to watch my crime shows to go to sleep, lol! Did find a few things dirty but nothing we couldn't clean up, the host was super nice!

We liked that it was relatively an easy walk to Broadway St. It to approx. 15 minutes but it was scenic and close to many incredible restaurants. The apartment itself was good. Could have used a few more seating chairs in the dining / Livingroom. Besides these little matters we would definitely stay there again

The property itself was a great location. Easy walk to Broadway. The communication was excellent. All amenities were great and we even took advantage of the in room laundry. The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great. The floors were filthy, the night stand had stuff spilt all over it and the remote was stuck to it. The fridge had left over food and drinks from a previous guest. There was a bag of marijuana and all paraphernalia shoved in the back of a cupboard that made the kitchen smell ( i didn't mind the surprise lol) but just proving things are not cleaned out. The dishwasher did not work upon arrival and we did have to hand wash dishes for 3 days before it was fixed. Other than the cleanliness the place was great and I would recommend.
