Great small vacation

Great apartment great spot

I loved this cute and very solid apartment, located right on Centennial Park (great park) and near a lot of good food and convenience. This is a super well built apt w/ concrete floors () and super high ceilings. It is peaceful and quiet, too. Kept me safe and sleeping well through a week of strong storms.. i will most definitely book again when i return to nashville. Very responsive hospitality team, too. Thank you!

Great quality

Great solid apartment right near Centennial Park. Kept me safe and was peaceful during the thunderstorms. Right near Local, so popped in to listen to music frequently. Easy uber to downtown. Everything you need (coffee shops, convenience stores is walking distance) So much good food around here: sun and fork; 51 mile. Perfect find for me— apartment was very well built (concrete floors , super high ceilings). There is a bathtub , which was a bonus. I will be staying here again!

Great Visit

Everything was exactly as pictured and advertised. Our only issue was resolved by management within an hour. Midtown location is great with easy access to downtown. Took daily walks on Vanderbilt campus and utilized nearby coffee shops.

too difficult to do eveything on line. Only got 2 towels,wash clothes.ect. no kitchen towels.For 4 day stay. When I asked for more towels they told me to was them. I only book premiere hosts.So I can get help when I need it. That did not happen. Maybe this company is too big. No personal contact.

A place that I would skip next time

There were multiple things that were not really…true to this unit. The first thing my friend and I noticed was that it was similar to the pictures, but we did have a totally different unit than what was specified. It also states it can fit 4 humans, that is a straight up lie. The “pull out couch” was broken and the bed was just big enough for 2. Oh, and just a heads up, 6 minutes from broadway is by ride shares! It is NOT in walking distance. My advice is…get a hotel near broadway and save on the ride shares and get fresh linens everyday.

Excellent location!

The stay was fantastic. It’s a beautiful location and was perfect for our getaway weekend! Everything was exactly as listed, and we were thrilled. The only hiccup was that there didn’t seem to be enough hot water for two showers. We alternated who went first and who had to rush before it got too cold. However, that won’t stop us from booking here again. Truly enjoyed it!

Convenient

This property was a great choice for what I needed. I’m from out of town and a family member had surgery at St. Thomas so the location was ideal and provided a very nice place for me to sleep and get cleaned up. The apt was clean, had all amenities, a comfortable bed and a great location. Thank you!

Great Thanksgiving weekend trip to Nashville

Nashville Condo

Condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Not too far to Broadway, but far enough away you can get away from the craziness. It would be nice for us females to have some sort of vanity in the bedroom to be able to put on makeup. There’s room for a small one. In addition the condo needs a mirror in the bedroom. A full length mirror would be great. Women like to see what they look like from head to toe before going out on the town. Also, please note the bed is extremely low due to the fact there is only a mattress and no box springs. The older you get the harder it is to get in and out of bed when it practically sits on the floor. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Exceeded expectations !!!!

My husband and I came to visit our granddaughter who had moved to Nashville 2 mos ago . This place was perfect in every way …. Clean , updated, safe and quiet neighborhood and excellent covered parking . There are many restaurants and coffee places nearby and a very reasonable Uber ride to Broadway . We will for sure be back !

Cute and well located

The property was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed, and the decor was fun and whimsical. It was in a great location and the covered parking was nice. We received a booking that was Nashville themed but it was different from the one in the listing. Not a big deal but a bit misleading. We will stay here again if we visit another time.

Buyer Beware

Would have rated 1 star but the property was nice, however, the check in/out process was an absolute nightmare and had to call VRBO to make contact with the property manager. The people in the loft next door had a similar experience. Then we were charged $92 for stained towels/linens which we DID NOT stain. I have booked many properties through VRBO but have never experienced anything like this. Will NOT book again.
