Pool access is advertised as included in amenities. Stayed all week and did not receive a working key to locked pool, despite communications with Vacasa all week. It really put a damper on our vacation. Neither VRBO or Vacasa could help resolve the matter during our stay, which felt like a lack of access to amenities included with the reservation. Small discount was offered by Vacasa (under 100). The homeowner had to email the HOA to request a key. All of this took more time to deal with than expected and I did not receive a working key to the included amenities listed as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, many communications took place in effort to address this matter, which took time away from my vacation. This property could definitely be cleaner, as previously indicated in other reviews. The unit was dusty, had spots on the carpet, trash under one bed, and an odorous bathroom. I hope the above concerns can be improved for future guests because the rental is in a beautiful location by the golf course, overlooking a pond. It's a nice sized townhouse in a complex that felt safe.
