We had a great stay, and the unit was clean and as advertised. A bit of road noise from the highway, but we were able to use sound machines to deaden the noise. Nice overall!

The accommodations were very very good. The only thing is if I were to go to that property again, which I would consider, I would want a room on the opposite side of the freeway. That was pretty noisy.

On the side, the beds were comfy and the place was clean. On the neg-no early check-in, the "bar" next door is an IV bar not a place to sit and hang out & they charge you to keep bags. There is not much within walking distance so a car or Uber is a necessity. I pick a vrbo for the group space, savings & comfort of being able to cook a few meals at home. Ive always stayed at a vrbo where some essentials are left. Perhaps a basket with coffee, sugar etc..This place was baren of anything except pans. It's was a pain to have to Uber to a supermarket (another 25 roundtrip) to buy a lb of coffee, oil, sugar, spices etc that we will not end up using and you know the last tenants probably left all that stuff anyways. It really would cost so little for the owner(corporate) to leave a small care package. That little bit would go so far! It's an inconvenience for travelers to have to think about bringing coffee etc along with them.. It also would have been nice to have come in and just hung out on the rooftop, which no one was using anyways, and stay with our luggage there instead of paying for storage before check in. We had Wifi trouble as well which was eventually resolved. You should expect loud traffic noise at night, it actually didn't bother us but it may if you are a light sleeper. There are earplugs provided if one needs them. Overall, it seemed more of a bachelorette pad- to get ready at & go out on the town. I'd stay at a hotel the next time I come to Nashville.

We could not get in the front door of the building, along with other people. Someone coming out let us in the building. It was very cute and only a 5 Lyft ride to Broadway. Our bedroom door would not close. The sliding glass enough door did not lock, I think it was getting not

Our accommodations were very convenient, clean, and easily accessible. We often walked to Printers Alley and even an Uber was affordable. The close location to the highway is manageable with earplugs, but may not be the best option for families with kids.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is in a great location, just a quick ride to Broadway. When we come back to Nashville we would definitely stay here again.

I would like to give the property 5 stars due to the cleanliness but management communication was not good. Right when we opened the door there was a portion of the kitchen cabnitry laying on the floor from the front of the sink. I messaged them immediately and they replied someone would fix it. That never happened. The property clearly states "With a JBL PartyBox 300 speaker, party props that include hats, boas, and wigs, a photo op backdrop, and a Pac-Man arcade cabinet, this is the best spot for both the before and after-parties." There was no party speaker or party favors which was a real bummer since we were there to celebrate a family birthday weekend. I messaged a couple times about this and was told that the room does NOT come with those amenities. As you can see from the posted direct quote they are misleading. Those issues aside, the place was very clean, great decor, and well stocked for other needs. It's a bit of a hike to Broadway and keep in mind on returning it's uphill so ride share or scooter rental may be best. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire building. Sound machines are a big help with the expressway noise.

Safe/Secure place as you had a door lock code to get into the lobby and then your door as well! I went with my girl friends and it was super nice, big bathrooms, comfy beds, aesthetic, and a super quick cheap uber to broadway! I would stay here again for sure. Very pleased!

We enjoyed our self’s. We went to the Ryman tour, Grand Ole Opry backstage tour and the show, Johnny Cash Museum and graves ( Johnny and June). Also to George Jones and Johnny Paycheck graves. We took the Home of the Stars tour and City tour. Went to shops and bars on Broadway. We had a great time. Our place was very nice and convenient for our stay. We will be back

Easy checkin/ checkout process, clean upon arrival and just a short Uber away from all the best things to do in Nashville! Overall a great place to stay with friends and or spouses!

We had mixed reviews on this place and figured sharing our pro/con list will help people who are planning to stay here. Pros: - Great location, walking distance to some great venues, or a quick car ride into downtown. - Building is safe and clean, though there wasn’t security on duty or anyone at the desk for the 4 days we were there. - Lock key system was easy to use and very convenient. - Unit itself was clean and had plenty of toilet paper. - Spacious for groups of 5 or less. - Decor was fun and themed well. - Large TVs in every room. - Noise canceling machines in every room - absolutely needed for the highway noise. - Plenty of outlets. Cons: - While listed for 7 people, would not recommend this space for 7 adults. Was too tight a fit. - Beds are actually 1 king, 1 queen, a day bed that’s an extended twin that’s in the kitchen area, and a futon that could fit one person. There is no “sofa bed”. - Linens (blankets, sheets, pillowcases) were not available for the futon to be used as a bed, but we were able to get some sheets delivered (that didn’t fit the futon) within a few hours of reaching out to management via text. We did not receive pillow cases or blankets. - There are only mirrors in the bathroom which was a challenge when everyone was getting ready at the same time. - Highway noise - see noise canceling machines. - Our flight was unexpectedly delayed (no one really plans that), and management was not accommodating to extend our checkout time an extra hour, claiming we would have been given that option via email 48 hours in advance. We understand it’s a privilege to have an extension, but it was a frustration when we asked the night before and were told we needed to ask earlier for that accommodation.

This unit was exactly as advertised. Clean, new, super fun decor, great location (about .8 mile walk to Lower Broadway), perfect for 2 couples. The accommodations were perfect for a weekend trip to downtown Nashville. I read several comments about the difficulty of the codes, and they were not wrong. The directions we received pre-check in were lengthy and confusing. When we arrived our code would not work. We waited 40 minutes in the hallway trying to get it to work, get help, etc. When we were finally able to connect with a live human we were treated as an inconvenience. He was seemingly disturbed on a day-off. Our issue was finally resolved, but no one ever apologized to us for the inconvenience. In a world where there are so many choices, the interaction with the 'owners' (or in this case the company) should add to the experience. This one did not.
