Perfect for small group

Great place to stay and it’s close to broadway. Some maintenance issues that was noticed but nothing to be too worried about. We had problems with the fridge but they were quick to reply and got the problem solved. The place could use a little remodel but it was very clean. we loved staying there. Plus as 3 girls staying by ourselves, we felt very safe with the security guard at the front and the building is always locked. Just need the code to get in.

Beautiful condo , perfect location.

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Clean, comfortable & safe. Location was great. We walked to Broadway & Back. I would recommend this unit, we had a great stay.

Clean and comfortable. Unit was spacious and modern and everything we needed was provided. I felt very safe. Cheap Uber rides can get you downtown quickly. I would stay here again. My only complaints are the interstate noise and the thin walls/ceiling. We could hear footsteps above us and music from the unit next door. The interstate noise is quite loud, but the unit provides a sound machine next to each bed.

Very noisy

There was a lot of noise from the interstate nearby, so bad that we slept with ear plugs in. One of the beds is nearly broken on the frame so we felt like it could break simply by sitting on it. The location is 15 min walk to Broadway which is nice but I wouldn’t recommend this VRBO due to the traffic noise.

Good location close to downtown for Uber rides

Property was as pictured. Clean and modern. Very comfortable beds. Lobby was beautiful and smelled amazing. Well appointed for linens and towels. Layout was perfect for two couples on vacation. We would stay here again for sure. Slight issues: Hard to put in access code for front door due to sun. Slight ant issue in living room upon arrival. It would be helpful to mention that you have a Keurig machine to use. All in all great place.

Nashville Vacation

The group was 4 adult males. Not recommended as the couch's to sleep on are just small futons. Therefore, uncomfortable for adults but would work well for children. Only other negative would be the water pressure in the showers. This particular apartment would be ideal for two couples. It was convenient and close to Broadway St. All in all, a great experience and a great place to stay.

Clean and conveniently close to downtown. The building is next to the expressway so you hear the noise from the vehicles. There was no washer or dryer in the unit.

Nice home, poor communication, customer service

This is a nice, clean home and was exactly as described. It was about a mile away from Broadway, so if you don't mind the walk, it is a convenient location. It is close to the Interstate, so you can hear Interstate traffic noise all of the time but we were so tired by the time we went to bed, it wasn't an issue. I gave this home 3 stars, primarily because of the poor communication with the property management company Vacasa. They didn't respond to many of my emails that I sent prior to our vacation to get more information about the home and check-in/check-out process. Check-in was at 4 p.m. but we were not sent the check-in access code and were not able to get into our room until 6 p.m. We had to wait outside the building for an hour until some other people came into the building and let us in. Then we waited another hour in the lobby as we tried to work with Vacasa's customer service to get the access codes. Very frustrating that it took 2 hours, causing us to almost miss a show we were booked for that evening. We also reported water on the floor from the dishwasher when we checked in but nothing was done so we had to walk on a soggy kitchen floor during our entire stay. I understand appliances break and need maintenance but it would have been nice to work with us to have someone come in and fix it sooner. There are only 2 bar stools for a 2 bedroom home. Would have been nice if they could add 2 more so everyone has a seat at the kitchen island/counter when eating since there is not a kitchen or dining table. If you decide to rent this home, here are few things I think it will be nice for you to know before you come: They have a Keurig coffee maker so you will need k-cups. There is no toaster. There are no condiments, spices, oil, etc., in the refrigerator or cabinets. We did find salt and pepper! Travel shampoo, conditioner, soap and makeup remover wipes are provided. There is only one blowdryer. Would be nice to have one in each bathroom.

The place was a great place to stay with a short uber ride to all the fun (Broadway). The only negative to the property was the mattress on one of the beds was in bad shape - bowed in the middle. Furnishings and appliances were great and the place was very clean.

The unit was not to the best cleaning standards- dishwasher had dirty dishes and a strong odour when you opened it. Property manager was contacted and unable to fix the issue due to the owner of the unit. Hair dryers were hidden and not easily accessible. Water pressure in both showers was terrible. Unit is listed to be able to sleep 8 people. However, there is only one extra blanket for the pull out couches. The floors and bathrooms were not clean to the normal hotel standards. The positive of this unit was the rooftop relax area that is not shown in the advertisements. Another positive is downtown/ broadway is only a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute Uber.
