Host was very quick to respond when I had a question. Beds were very comfortable. Quick and inexpensive uber to Broadway. Recommendation for host: some inexpensive room darkening blinds in the bedrooms would make a huge difference!

everything i expected

in just for a fri & sat, 7 of us total. first impression- everything decorated nicely, spacious, clean- just needed to open windows and let some fresh air thru. we had everything we needed, local information print-outs were helpful, water from tap tasted good, water pressure in main bdrm good, check-in and -out couldn’t have been easier, would highly recommend

Fantasitc and easy!

We stayed for 3 nights. The property was easy to find and had lots of parking on a quiet street. Entry was easy and the house was exactly as expected. 4 bedrooms - all had an empty dresser to store clothes along with multiple lights and a ceiling fan. 3 bathrooms and all were nicely tiled and clean. Location was far enough to be quite but still very walkable. We walked to the Gulch and other parts of downtown in ~15 minutes multiple times. We went to Vanderbilt one of our days and it was a very easy 15 minute walk as well. This is a great place to avoid the bustle and noise of city but still be close to the action (perfect for medium sized kids).

Just right!

Neal's house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Sparkling clean when we arrived and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and easily accessible on foot or by Uber. Responses were instant the few times we texted Neal. Would stay here again without hesitation when visiting Nashville.

House is exactly as pictured. Neal is an excellent host with regular communication throughout our visit. Location was close enough to downtown/Gulch and music row, but far enough away for some quiet time.

Great home for groups and families in the perfect neighborhood

Neal is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure to interact with and this property in the Gulch is a true gem. We loved everything from the convenient early check-in/late check-out options, well appointed home, and perfect location close to everything worth seeing/experiencing in Nashville. Communication with Neal was always timely, clear and pleasant. Could not recommend highly enough!

Cute Comfy House

House was very cute and clean. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty room for 7 adults.

PERFECT location with lots of space!

The booking couldn't have started off any better... as the owner was able to accommodate an early check-in for us without hesitation. Which we really appreciated since we got in so early! The listing itself was exactly as described. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our 8 guests. And it was spotless! The location itself was perfect for us specifically since it was 10-15 from everything (Midtown, Broadway, etc). The only drawback is that the listing is a 10 minute walk from any grocery/corner store. Which isn't a huge hassle but just required a little more planning for shopping than if we could just walk down the block to pick up small things here and there. But overall... it was perfect! I would go out of my way to book the property again when I return to Nashville. Thanks again!

Perfect

Neal was great to communicate with and the home was cozy and well-stocked. The location was perfect for a family with young kids - we walked to shops and parks & even to Broadway on the cooler days. Everything is so close, and safe. We had no problems with the home, the stay, or the area. I wouldn't hesitate to book with this host again!

Great Place to Stay!

We came down for a long bachelorette weekend, and there were no complaints! The house was in a great location and was walking distance to a few popular areas. The house was the perfect size and fit 10 of us comfortably. We would definitely come back and stay at this property again.

Great experience!

This house was perfect for our stay. We had (3) couples and two individuals. There are four bedrooms - one of which has two sets of bunk beds, so this worked perfectly for the two individuals. The location was close to all the sights, but it's a very quiet neighborhood which is nice in the evening. The host was very responsive and helped us out in a pinch. Thank you!

Good Sized House Close to Broadway

Super well kept, modern house in a nice neighborhood just outside of downtown. Within walking distance to lots of great bars and food. Super convenient, was great for my friends bachelor party. Thank you so much!

Location was perfect. House was great and had everything you could need. Only suggestion I would recommend would be maybe another couch if you're going to have 8 people would be nice to have more comfortable sitting.

Very cute, modern house close to downtown

This house fit our group of 8 very comfortably! It was a short drive to downtown or even walk. You can walk to a coffee shop nearby as well. Beds were comfortable, everything was updated, quiet neighborhood. Awesome back yard area with patio, lights, fire pit. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!

The house was perfect for us. We are 8 women and there was plenty of beds and bathrooms! The house is clean and very cute. We loved that we could walk to a lot! We walked down to the shops in the Gulch. Got on the hop on hop off trolley there. Ate at Milk and Honey...loved it! We even walked down to Broadway Ave(?). Great house! Great trip. Thank you!!

Great location and great home

This is ideal for a bachelor party. There is an amazing backyard area to hang out in during the day, and it is in range for the Nashville scooters. You can scoot to the gulch or the strip easily. The home has a lot of space and is well maintained. We will definitely stay here every time we visit music city!

Superb Location, Plenty of Space

Great property in a great location. 4.9/5.0 overall score. If I try to find something that could be better: table on the porch could use replacement and the parking pad out back could use fresh gravel. Location is easily walkable to most bars/restaurants/attractions.
