If you’re visiting Nashville, this is the spot. The Music Row location is genuinely iconic — Spence Manor was mentioned on three tours we took — and the surrounding neighborhood made it easy to find great food without any hassle. Heading downtown for nightlife was simple. The host was a standout: clear, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Five stars.

Great location. Too cold for pool use; however, I did take some pictures. The turntable with albums is a nostalgic touch, along with the framed posters. Thank you for a great overnight stay in Nashville!

This spot is in a great location and we were able to walk to dinner at Chauhan Ale and Masala House for dinner. It styled very nicely and is comfy as well. We only stayed one night but when we do it again we will definitely see if we can book this place.

Close to everything. Enough room for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Having the separated bathroom spaces was great for 4 people trying to get ready/use bathroom/shower. Great communication.

Awesome Long Weekend

Fantastic location for a long weekend in Nashville. Quiet location to relax at night and get some good sleep, but a short walk/uber to Broadway. Host was super responsive and accommodating when we had our only problem of the weekend (just needed help locating the router to reset the WiFi), and she was constantly messaging me on the app checking in making sure everything was going well!

Girls Weekend

We had a great stay here for a girls’ weekend! The house had just enough room for our group, and everything was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was a bit further from downtown than we expected, so walking wasn’t ideal. However, getting Ubers was easy and not too expensive, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, a great spot for a fun weekend!

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed the walkability of the property to restaurants and bars. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to Broadway. The vrbo was perfect for the 4 of us. Being 4 girls we would have loved to have a mirror in main room (maybe move Elvis picture over and replace with a mirror). Pool was adorable and great photo op! Thanks for having us we will be back!

Great spot and fantastic location

Cute little condo in hip area

Clean and easy to get to. Neat hip area. Its a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Walking distance to a few local watering holes. Taxis were cheap to hop in and bring to Broadway.... The apartment was larger than I expected. It was clean and had plenty of supplies. Beds were comfortable. Tv in main sitting area and bedroom. Communication was top notch with the owner when we needed it.

Three beds was not quite accurate. There was a sofa bed, but it was broken. There were no kitchen towels and only 1 hand towel. 1 outlet did not have a cover. The pictures of it look great, but there is some significant wear in the apartment. The artwork and location is great. Easy instructions from owner.

Nashville trip

Check in process and contact with the host was super smooth! The room was clean and thoughtfully decorated, giving it a fun Nashville vibe. We were able to walk to many bars and restaurants. Broadway is a little farther walk but still manageable. The guitar shaped pool is awesome, however the landscaping around the pool and tables could use some updating. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
