Wonderful Nashville Location

Our family came for a wedding and the 3 units were perfect for our large crew. It was very close to everything we wanted to do, and we all enjoyed the courtyard. Everything was comfortable and communication was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Option for Large Group

We had a group of 19 and the house was fantastic. Ryan was incredibly accommodating with an early check-in and was easy to communicate with. The courtyard and house setup were great for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and we had a great time. Germantown was an awesome area as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Bachelor party for 10

We stayed at this location renting out all three units. Def worth it. All of my guys had a place to sleep conformably and there was enough bathrooms for us all as well. They kept the place clean with basic kitchen amenities. My one issue would be that the place has a bocce ball court. I would thing some care and attention would be given to that standout amenity and when we got there the lights weren’t working for the court and the court had leaves all in it. Also worth mentioning that many of the rope lights in the courtyard area were out and need replacing. Overall minor issues and when I called to ask about the lights, someone was at the house within 20 minutes to see what could be done. They couldn’t figure it out, but by the next afternoon there was another strand of rope lights hanging over the court, giving us what we needed to see. Overall minor issues that can be mitigated with some better quality control, but excellent experience. My guests had a dig dug competition on the arcade machine and were all stoked to see YouTube tv working for sports.

Amazing Experience!

This property was fantastic! It easily accommodated our large group and everyone really enjoyed the conversational layout. Also, the location was phenomenal. It was close to everything we did for fun and walking distance to our event venue. Property management team was very communicative and responsive. We’d stay again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a space to comfortably house a large group of 10+. Five stars all the way around!

Amazing Property

It was 11 of us and I couldn't of picked a more perfect place. Everything was just as I expected it to be and I had full communication with mgmt the entire time. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We stayed in all 3 units and it was just right. This property gets 5 Starts or whatever the most you can give. 100% recommendation! THANK YOU!

Great Stay!

This is an awesome location, centrally located to broadway, with so much to do in Germantown. We had our wedding party stay here, which was so awesome to gather in the courtyard and all be together throughout the weekend! Each house had everything you could possibly need! Highly highly recommend.

Our trip in Germantown was excellent! This property has it all - beds, bathrooms, things to do, and places to walk to. I highly recommend. Very easily sleeps 10 couples like advertised. We hope to come back in the future!

Great place for friends

We enjoyed having a group of friends stay the weekend on the property. Easily walkable to a bunch of restaurants and the minor league baseball stadium. While at the property, the courtyard is a great place to hang out. AC was great and the property was clean.

Great property and ideal for a large group!

My group had an amazing time staying with Natasha and Chip at their property in Germantown. It was completely ideal and we could walk to many activities and places to eat. It was so convenient! Highly recommend for a group wanting to be together in close proximity, but also having enough space to decompress. The attention to detail at the property was wonderful. We felt right at home.
