We loved being right on the river and right in town. The back deck was perfect for watching the tugboats. There were 5 ground hogs and a couple of raccoons that visited every day for treats. The Grand Ole Opry was a great part of our trip and Broadway was just a mile or so away.

The location of the condo is a little bit of a walk to the downtown area. I wouldn't want to walk it at night. The condo itself, was decorated cute, but it is an older building, so it had a musty smell to it. The floors could have had a better cleaning (they were sticky and your feet/socks were black after walking around). Next stay will be downtown in one of the newer hotels.

Lovely place. It was well centralized location for tours,shops, Lower Broadway and restaurants. The view of the river was a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was lovely and well done. It’s about a 10 minute walk to broadway, and the back porch faces the river. It’s a place of calm in the middle of the city. There are a bunch of groundhogs, like maybe 7, that patrol the back yard and beg for food. They even have a little work down trail that skirts the edge of the water where they run the most. They’re so fat and happy, standing on their back legs and interacting with other ppl on other balconies. They were a fun part of every single one of our mornings there. The home is comfortable, clean, and comes with built in entertainment in terms of the river and passing barges and the funny little animals that you see and interact with on a daily basis. I would love to come again. My mom said she was going to “miss this place” when we left. I really think she meant the back porch, despite the loveliness of the home. Thanks for everything, Mike.

The view and location were stellar. I personally loved watching the boats and barges from the balcony. We loved the layout of the house and it was awesome having coffee stocked too! Other than the small fruit fly issue we walked into on check in, we had no issues. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay with anything you may need (earplugs are a great touch)! Only wish we could have checked in earlier. Reservation said 4:00, but an email said 3:00. We weren’t able to enter until 3:30.

We had so much fun in Nashville, walked to Broadway everyday listening to great music. Loved Printers Alley, the Aracade and all the History in the City.Uber or Lyft back every night (don’t use Taxi Service). Loved Printers Alley and the History in the City. Stay for AC/DC concert

Great communication with the managers. I think their names were Liz and Taylor. Very helpful when our plans had a hiccup. Concert we were there for was postponed for a day due to weather. Luckily, they could accomidate us for an extra day. Only wish it had been a bit bigger deck, but it was fine for us.
