The location was great! It was close to Broadway but far enough away to be quiet. The view of the river from the balcony was really nice! Several boats go by. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped and clean. The check-in process was easy and as described. Enjoyed my stay!

Great Location.

Within walking distance to downtown! Clean and comfortable for two couples! It was fun watching the boats in the river. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend in Nash!

Great location!! Property was nice but really could use a major deep clean! Beds were super comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Very comfy place.

65th Birthday Mini trip

My sister and our spouses enjoyed our 3 night stay...we needed towels and they were delivered promptly. Checkin and out was easy, and given an early afternoon arrival, we appreciated early checkin.

Good Location

Great location. Close to everything. Nice view of the river. Walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you all night. Recommend ear plugs. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful time. Very convenient to Broadway, Gulch and surrounding areas. Neighbor upstairs noisy in early morning between 1-3 am Saturday and Sunday.

Great Location! Very Clean!

Easy check in to this stylish condo! Walking distance to many activities and an inexpensive Uber ride to the local destinations as well. Condo was well appointed and clean! Would definitely stay here is IF it were guaranteed that the people on the floor above were going to be gone-their foot steps were a bit loud.

Owner had coffee for us so we could brew it. That was nice. Great AC! Place could have been a tad cleaner. Good view of Cumberland River.

Weekend get away

Stay was acceptable had a great time only issue was the noise from unit above. Footsteps, talking you could even smell their breakfast.

Great Trip

The property was very nice. There were 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of construction going on at the complex, as well as in the general area. We asked last minute if we could check in a day early. We were graciously accommodated and host made it very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great time. I did forget some clothes in the dresser in the bedroom near the living room. If it’s possible to send them and I can pay for it that would be awesome.

Cozy with a view

Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood next to the river with a beautiful view. Walk to downtown about 15 min, however I wouldn’t recommend walking alone. Homeless encampment and drug paraphernalia were along the route.

Beautiful River View!

This was the perfect condo for our girls getaway weekend! The place was spotless and super comfortable with the great view of the Cumberland River being a bonus! It was a short Uber ride to Broadway and while technically it’s close enough to walk, it was a pretty good hike. Val and Stella were great hosts and everything we needed was provide. Instacart delivered our online grocery order easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend this cute little condo for a fun weekend on Broadway!

Great place for wide audience

Stayed here with my 77-year-old parents and two middle school-age daughters. 5 of us. Perfect place for our needs. 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Table for cards. Deck with view of the Cumberland River. Can get to all the museums and food via 5-7 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk. Pool overlooking the river and it was never too crowded during our stay. Everyone was comfortable during our stay and sad to leave.
