Cindy’s property was as stunning in person as the pictures looked online. Loved the gated garage, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy drive to so many different areas. If the weather had been warmer, we could have walked easily to the Gulch. The main bed was so comfortable, and my teens said the sofa bed and sleeper ottoman were super comfy, too. Overall a terrific stay!

Amenities were top notch! Immaculate well equipped condo in an excellent neighborhood. This condo has everything you need! Designated parking spot in well lit secured parking garage. Excellent communication with the owners. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Loved the location, walking distance to the Gulch. Would definitely recommend! Around the corner was The Wings mural, Five Daughters bakery and Biscuit Love. Great hosts!

Stayed 9 nights… this was the perfect home away from home. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, location was perfect… we did tons of walking! The weather was nice and hot, so we even got a few days by the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was great! We were able to walk everywhere, even Broadway. The condo was clean and very well stocked with essentials. We had a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children. We didn't really use the pool we were to busy enjoying the beauty of Nashville. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The building was great. Very clean.

We loved the apartment enough room for 4 to sleep. New memory foam on couch would make it more comfy. And maybe a clock somewhere would be nice. That is the only things to complain about. We loved it! Lyft was easy to use . You could walk to broadway if you enjoyed walking .was in a good safe location.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything you need and the Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. My wife and I walked just about everywhere, so the location was perfect. Any questions that we had were answered immediately by the Hosts and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our 1st trip to Nashville. Will definitely stay here again. Great experience!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our trip to Nashville . The property was spotlessly clean – truly outstanding! Communication with the owner was a breeze; they were so responsive and helpful with details leading up to the trip. We were just a short walk or Urber ride away to everything Nashville has to offer. Highly recommend!

Simple, sophisticated, clean, cozy and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy in/out access to the main roads. I really appreciated the antibacterial soap being provided because we’ve always had to buy that at other condos! The bed is also very comfortable and we liked how secure the property is. Excellent 4-night get-away with spouse

Condo unit, on the 4th floor, was just as advertised and photographed. Very clean and welcoming. The gated underground parking was very convenient for coming and going, just a few steps from the elevator and the unit. My wife and I are age 50, and we were able to comfortably walk to the Gulch and to the Broadway strip. We drove to other places around town that are several miles away. We would stay here again. Cindy is a wonderful host and very responsive.

Great Condo and location

My Wife and I stayed for three nights and enjoyed the location. It is located within walking distance of the Gulch restaurants and bars. The Condo is modern and very clean with secure parking located under the building. Overall a great experience and price!

Just Right

Everything was just right with our stay. Close enough to activities yet far enough from all the commotion. One bedroom but the walls don’t go all the way to the ceiling so if you go with littles, privacy is not as private. Host was awesome. Would stay again !
