Property was as advertised! Very clean and comfortable. No complaints. This property is not suitable for anyone with little children or mobility issues due to the flights of stairs.

Nashville Girl's Trip

Wonderful weekend with friends. There was so much space and open area in the home. Multiple floors with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The rooftop deck was perfect to relax on and it still provided privacy! Quiet neighborhood close to all the fun activities in Nashville!

This property is great! Lots of stairs so luggage was a struggle, lol! Bring extra towels and toilet paper. There was 8 of us staying (2 guests per room and bathroom) - only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 towels per bathroom were provided.

For our stay it was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The beds were extremely comfortable.

OK stay

The home is beautiful. The decor is inviting. We had elderly guests in our party, which made climbing the steps a challenge. The elderly guests lived on the first level and were sorely disappointed with its cleanliness. We have pictures of bugs in the bathroom and hair in the tub. We sent the pictures to the number and received a standardized reply: "Good morning. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make your stay more comfortable." On a positive note: the master suite was really nice! The price was reasonable. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Review

This is a really good property. They offered more amenities than any VRBO I have rented. Location was good for going downtown. The only thing I would suggest is assuring the house is treated for bugs on the first floor because of the location and trees. But responsiveness to concerns were addressed immediately. Highly recommend this property. We had a girls trip and felt very safe in the neighborhood but will suggest placing some type of blind on the front door window for a little more privacy.

Girls weekend in Nashville

Had a great stay! Beds were all super comfortable, loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Open kitchen and living room were a great communal spot. Rooftop was another bonus!

Wedding weekend

Not much going on in the location but walkable to a bagel shop which is a plus. Rooftop is very nice. House did not come with enough towels, host was able to deliver some more.

Spacious, comfortable, and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay here for a conference at the Gaylord just two miles away. Love that there’s a 2 car garage and plenty of street parking as well. Great kitchen with new appliances and even an air fryer! Linens were cozy. There was a cold snap and it was snowing during our visit, so we did not use the rooftop deck. Future guests should be advised that this stay requires lots of stairs, as living spaces and deck are on 4 levels. It was not an issue for us, but I can imagine it might be for a guest with different mobility needs.

Great location and space

We enjoyed the multi levels that made is easy for the various family groups to have space but come together in the living area. Location was convenient to Nashville and the surrounding areas we were exploring. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the location again. at the location Macau.

30th Birthday Celebration

Everything was great except for the mandatory insurance fee which is in small print at bottom of listing. The cost is misleading since they add it on after you decide to stay at their home. When initially running the total costs, this fee is not included. It is a beautiful home with well appointed decor and very clean. It fit our family of 6 very well. Overall a 4 star but not a 5 only due to not being more upfront with the mandatory insurance fee.

Spartan Race Trip

There was a group of 8 of us that stayed for 5 nights and for the most part we very much enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is great, and the place itself was very clean and spacious and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. What I didn't like was the non refundable damage deposit cost through the company itself (even though I booked through VRBO) before they would provide the check in code. I assumed booking through VRBO and paying in advance, this would have already been included in the price. We also asked for propane for the rooftop fire table as the three tanks at the property were empty upon our arrival and we were promised someone would drop some off but we did not receive any propane. And just an FYI for the company, it would be nice to have more then 2 dishwasher tabs as for a group of 8, we needed to run the dishwasher more then twice during our stay and it was inconvenient to go grab more (I realize this is not a major concern, just would be nice to have)

Great place close to Grand Ole Opry

Very comfortable 4 bedroom place within minutes of Opryland. Good amenities. Would definitely book again:)
