    You'll love love love exploring East Nash whether it's your first or hundredth time. We are so central to everything. Groceries, gas, beverage store, eateries, cafes, bars, shopping.. WALK to it all! Try our some of our local recs, you'll see why we love it oh so much here!

    The Suite:

    Woodstock meets Hippy and makes a haven for you to relax + enjoy in!

    ->Bedroom 1 - " Tye Dyed in Peace": 1 twin bunk bed, 1 queen bunk | 1 single bunk

    ->Bedroom 2 - "Jimi" : Queen memory foam bed

    ->Bedroom 3 - "Janis Joplin" : Queen memory foam bed

    ->Bedroom 4 - "Woodstock Icons" : 2 twin beds

    *all bedrooms have smart tvs, alarm clocks (who needs em tho, right??), noise machines for that extra comfortable sleep
    *living area and select bedrooms have cable tv
    *kitchenette's have the perfect mini kitchen for your stay including; an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge + most importantly.. a coffee maker:)
    *both bathrooms are shower only, no tubs
    *linens, towels, its all provided

Came to Nashville for anTitans GAME. Short enjoyable 15min walk to.the Stadium. Rooms were accommodating. Cool place to stay.

Super close to everything you want to do!! Lots of room for our small group to spread out. Beds were comfortable. We ubered to Broadway bars one night it was great. We felt the neighborhood was safe but we also didn't walk around. Great place for the price.

Honestly this one's a great value for what it is. The place is clean, it's not super fancy but it has everything you would need for a couple days stay in Nashville. Close enough to walk to a few great restaurants, and Uber options to downtown were less than 10 during peak hours. Recommended host as well. Thanks.

Location/Size

The location was just a short drive to all the activities in Nashville. The apartment was 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, just the perfect size for our group.

Great spot in Nashville

We had a great time visiting Nashville! This property was very clean and spacious! Close to restaurants and the downtown area, but also quiet! This place had all of the amenities one might need for a short stay! Thank you!

Awesome Stay

Fabulous accommodations. Highly recommended. The Black Crowes were phenomenal, too. Next show I see Nashville, I'll be back!

My family arrived late in the evening to this rental, and upon arrival there were people already staying in this rental! I guess they double booked us?!? I messaged and called but it was late at night, so we had to fine a hotel. So frustrating! I’ve never had this happen to us, and looking for a place to stay for your family at 11pm is not what I wanted to do.The only up side is they fully refunded us, but they should have since it was their fault.

While the location and actual space was ideal for what we needed, nice size bathrooms and bedrooms, the weed smell was so overwhelming and overpowering that we contemplated moving to a hotel. Had the weather not been warm enough to open windows and air out the place, we would have not stayed. We had kids with us!! The property details indicate that this is a non-smoking property. Clearly that is not the case. I reached out upon arrival and received a “sorry” but no real effort to help the situation. Would definitely not rent this property again.

Just okay.

The condo is in a sketchy neighborhood, not a place I feel comfortable taking my family. The condo was clean, however, it’s obvious that the owner is attempting to decorate on a shoestring budget. The appliances are 1/2 the normal size, furniture is cheap (Think Walmart), no closets, now washer / Dryer, no iron, not one place to even hang a towel in the bathrooms. The neon signs are cute but require a USB plug-in and there is not one in the whole place so none of them work? There was even a hole in the wall behind chair in living room.
