Wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable and spacious with a wonderful kitchen! Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Close to downtown Nashville and hot spots but quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay and the listing is accurate- an absolutely gorgeous home that is very clean with responsive host. It is well located and in walking distance to some great restaurants.

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Nashville. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday and were able to hangout on Broadway but stay in a quiet, perfectly furnished home!! I would stay here again in a second, Matt was so responsive and welcoming!!

The house was great for our trip, everything was so clean and nice. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Matt was a great host and communicator. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you for hosting us Matt!

House was very clean and comfortable. Easy Uber Ride to downtown. Parking was easy, right in front of the house. We had 6 adults and we were very comfortable. We'll be back!

Home was spotless when we arrived. Host is very communicative and the location is withing 15 minutes of the Opry or downtown. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay at this house near downtown Nashville. The house was modern, beautiful and clean. The host was easy to get ahold of and accommodated an early check in which was great for our trip. Overall, 5 stars!

Girls Birthday Weekend Getaway!!!

House was conveniently located close to downtown, and 15 minutes from the airport. Host was welcoming and helpful with providing everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting Nashville.

Clean and close to everything!

We had a great experience here! Close to everything. Easy to get an Uber and explore Nashville. The house is clean and perfect for our gathering with family! Would definitely stay here again!

Cool place

The inside is remarkable! There’s a great entertainment area between the kitchen, dining room and seating area! Three bedrooms that are very big and have a lot of room! We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Stayed at this house with my family and we enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us. New, modern and very spacious. Easy access in east Nashville neighborhood and the unit was very clean!

Perfect property and location

The house was amazing, pictures did not do it justice! The place was well stocked with everything that I needed. It was very clean, close to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and anywhere else I needed to go. Matt was a great host and I had an amazing stay

Fantastic place

Great place and less than 10 min drive to Broadway. Place was exactly as described - completely updated and very clean! Matt was extremely accommodating and quick to respond responsive! Check in/out process very easy!! Will stay here again next time we come back to Nashville!
