Place was clean, quiet and nice. The couch could use an upgrade, although we realize that we spent more time in the unit than most visitors. Also, we couldn’t get TV in the bedroom to work. Thank you

Buyer beware!! The host has misrepresented the sleeping arrangements and upon complaining to both the host and VRBO the host directly denied any kind of refund or compensation. The property is shown to sleep 4 people - when we booked the site stated there was a pull out coach with a foam mattress, this was not the case at all. The bed that is in the couch is circa 1980, you can feel every spring and if you apply any pressure you will feel straight thru to the frame of the couch. When I contacted the host they acknowledged that this was a known issue and that they had reached out to the owner to replace the couch multiple times and they have refused. Additionally, I told the host that there was a misrepresentation in the listing and that the mattress is not foam at all. He also acknowledged that was incorrect and that he would have to correct the listing. I requested a partial discount and was 100% denied. I also spoke with VRBO and Expedia and they did nothing to resolve this issue or refund us. We will now have to dispute these charges with our credit card company. BE VERY AWARE, there is not enough liquor in NASHVILLE to make this place worth it.

An adorable place

this is the third time i have stayed in one of the Riverfront condos and I just love it here..They aren’t the newest places but they are in a great spot for visiting Nashville. They usually have everything you need. The river is interesting to watch and if there is something going on at the stadium you can hear it.can not wait to come again.

Mini Vacation

This was our first trip to Nashville. The condo is pretty close to downtown and Broadway. We did not rent a car so it was convenient to hire Lyft. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

Nashville Visit

Condo was nice. All amenities were acceptable. About 1 mile walk to downtown. The location was a little sketchy. Lots on construction and the area is not well lit at night. I would suggest traveling in a group at night.

Great location but filthy

The location and river view is awesome. However, the cleanliness of the property was quite awful. Cobwebs overtaking the patio making us unable to enjoy the outdoors until my husband cleaned up most of it. Hair all over the bathroom shower wall, on the pillow, even stuck on the kitchen cabinets, and the bathroom floor. The countertops were not wiped down and had stuck on food. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in and we all woke up sore from them each day. The couch bed was barely a bed and this place should not be listed for 4 people. The shower head is molded as well as the shower curtain. Despite previous reviews discussing the cleanliness issues and uncomfortable beds, it is evident that the hosts are not interested in improving experiences for guests. It is a shame that such a cute studio could offer so much more comfort to guests but the shortcuts taken have ruined our experience. The host did not bother to check on how we checked in, or how our experience was during our 4-night stay. Will be seeking other lodging in the future. Do not recommend.

Anniversary Trip

Great location. You can't sit on the couch at all - and I can see that others have informed in their reviews, and nothing has been done about it. Very dirty, cobwebs, 100's of dead bugs on the floor by the sliding glass door, mold on the inside of the shower curtain, side of tub and wall and floor in bathroom nasty. Bathroom fan has never been cleaned. Toilet paper holder not cleaned. Towel rack next to sink falls of the wall. You might want to spot check your cleaning crew. I would be embarrassed if they worked for me.

Nice quiet location for a few days in Nashville

Was in town on business for a conference and decided to stay in this lovely condo instead of the host hotel for some outdoor space and to be able to get away from the business of downtown. It's 15 mins to call an Uber and get to Broadway. The condo is nicely appointed and a lovely view and balcony facing the river. The owner is VERY responsive. Would stay here again.

Nashville trip

Cute and clean for the most part. Great location close to the train tracks but that didn’t bother us. Great kitchen setup. Only complaint is that there were very tiny ants in the living room. Would stay there again.

Walk was honestly not bad to Broadway, it was just hot. Even walked it home one night! Quiet neighborhood. Host is very easy to communicate with. The only thing we found wrong was the couch. Other than that it was very clean. Would definitely book again.

Girls trip

Property was in a great location, I felt safe, and things were exactly as posted. Only thing I was very disappointed in was the couch. Totally broken!! Couldn't even hardly sit on it to watch TV let alone sleep on it!! Good thing we were good friends and we were able to share the bed! Otherwise would've been contacting owner for a other accomodations!!! Directions for the lock on the door need to be more specific. Spent almost 30 mins just trying to crack the lock! Otherwise was very satisfied! If these suggestions are taken care of I will definitely come back and suggest this property to others!!

Cozy & Convenient

Great location, wonderful amenities, and excellent communication! Condo was clean and comfortable with an easy walk to broadway and relaxing balcony and pool area for some down-time. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions, and we enjoyed our time at the condo-local restaurants! We’ll definitely book again!
