sheets & shower were dirty and had hairs in them. Does not appear as though the sheets were cleaned at all. We were given the incorrect code for the building and our unit. As well as some type of leak in the living room and bedroom. When it rained one night the dripping kept me up all night and in the morning there were giant puddles.

There were gaping cut out holes in the ceiling in the living room and both bedrooms! Dust from the dry wall everywhere! Trash had not been taken out or floors cleaned. Washer and dryer were pulled half way in the hall. One room had the bed pushed all the way to the closet making it impossible to use the closet. The other bedroom had both beds so close to the doorway making it almost impossible to enter the room or move a suitcase in. Sinks were filthy. Curtains thrown down from living room and window trim removed. Balcony door lock is Broken . I feel I am owed money back.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was one of the most frustrating Vrbo experiences I've ever had. The condo itself was fine overall. But a day before we were supposed to check in, Vacasa (the management company) called me to move us to a different unit because the unit we had booked had mold. That wasn't a big issue, but hours after checking into the new unit, we found out the refrigerator and freezer weren't working at all. Over the course of the weekend, I called them three times to fix the fridge and despite being told it would be fixed that day, no one ever came and we never got any communication. Then, when I called Vacasa afterwards to get a partial refund for our spoiled food and hassle, I never received any response and it took me calling 5 times to get any refund (which was still less than I thought was fair.) I would avoid booking with any Vacasa location. If there are any issues with the property it is a nightmare to get anything addressed. Very frustrated with this property.

Disaster of a Stay

Booked this place to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Came back to the property on the 2nd day which was the day of my wife’s birthday to find out our place was leaking water from the ceiling. Called and was told someone would be out to look at the problem. Was sent a text message to just put towels down. I asked multiple times for a manager to contact me and nothing was done. Mind you the leak was in our bedroom and the main living room, the floor, rug, table, and some of our items were soaked. There was no sense of urgency to help the situation. We had to call back several times before finally getting someone on the phone that would help. We lost hours of our evening, missed dinner reservations twice, and had a terrible experience that my wife will always remember. They finally moved us to another unit which took more time out of our day. Highly recommend never staying at this unit.

Spring Break trip

Was very nice and in a great location. We comfortably fit 8 people in this spot and would highly recommend it to anyone. Within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and entertainment venues

Adequate but failed in the details. Penthouse unit with people above us so deceptive in listing; only one TV located in family room of 2 bed unit; window shade completely water stained from top to bottom in family room; multiple doors would not stay closed including bathroom. Near Gulch area.

Perfect For What We Needed

We were in town for a football game, and this location was perfect for what we needed it for. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Would stay again.

Not happy

We had to notify management the moment we checked in. From the moment we walked in we noticed the home was not clean. Dust covered the floor, decorations, and furniture. There were also hairs all over the floor and dirty spots all over. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or washed in weeks. The walls looked like they haven’t been washed in years. The furniture had dust, hair and crumbs all over them. I had to clean the bathroom floor myself before I would even shower. The shower drain didn’t drain the entire time I showered so I was standing in 2” of dirty water while I was showering and the shower curtain had mold on it. The kitchen counter was dirty and sticky. The only thing I can say positive is the bed was comfy and sheets were clean but blanket was not. The comforter in between the sheets was disgusting. It looked like that hadn’t been washed in a very long time. The towels looked and felt clean and were well stocked. We were reimbursed the cleaning fee which we were grateful for but I would’ve rather of had a clean place to stay at while on vacation. Overall very disappointing, especially for what we payed to stay here.

An Okay Stay

This property is in a great area! Lyfts were super cheap to get to Broadway! (~7$ each) The place was tight with 8 people but it sure did its job. The only thing that was not the best was the floor was dirty, lots of dirt and dust bunnies. There was not a broom for us to even clean up with. The kitchen was also not as fully stocked as we thought, no rubber spatula, no baking dish. I can’t say that it diminished our trip at all, but was noticeable. Thanks!

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and located within a quick Uber drive to most hot spots. My only complaint is that it is listed as a "penthouse," which implies that it is on the top floor. However, we definitely had people above us (who were REALLY LOUD every night between 1-3 AM). We were awoken each night to loud stomping above us. During the day it was quite lovely, though, and well stocked with everything we needed.

Good location, great accommodations, some noise

The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And at no fault of the owners of this condo. But would be nice to know who to report it to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

If you want to visit the Gulch area of Nashville, this location is great. Very short drive into downtown. Ubers are very easy to get. Good security. Underground parking structure. Decent workout room.

Great experience

Location was great. Short Uber rides to downtown. Safe location and secure parking and building. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped, except no blender. Also could have used a broom to clean up a spill we made.

Good location and fairly clean though cleaning people missed mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain - could use more than 4 coffee mugs too as silverware serves more than 4. Didn't use the pool, but the elevator key pads need cleaning or replacement as too many misses with entry on the #'s. Narrow vehicles are better for the garage.

Great little retreat

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was clean and well kept. Pool area was nice and relaxing. The downside was the bar downstairs blasting music at 3 am. If you are coming for a bachelorette party, this is the place for you. Plenty of ladies partying and having a great time.

Great private stay for a small group

My friend and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Clean, as advertised, full kitchen, comfy beds, decent pool and a pretty quiet building. We read reviews about the noise from the highway so brought a noise machine for sleeping, but it didn’t end up bothering us at all. We expected to have fomo not staying downtown but loved the location - easy 10 min walk to the gulch and 20 min walk to Broadway, $6 Uber ride home. Everyone else we traveled with were crammed into small, noisy places downtown and we loved escaping Broadway after a long night, back to our own quiet private space. The one thing I would say is it is advertised as “a penthouse” but there’s clearly a half level split above us as we heard regular loud stomping footsteps above us. Killed a couple of small cockroaches but seems that is standard in the area. No Bluetooth speaker (expected one to be there) so recommend bringing your own. Overall it was a great place and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
