Outside needs major work and cleaning Deck falling down above where the assigned parking is. See picsThere is only one assigned parking spot for unit C which is far too small for a vehicle bigger than a small compact car, the trash room opens into that singular parking spot. Spiders and spider webs everywhere, I’ve attached pics of what must be walked through just to get to the unit. Trash can area horrible, not kept up. Inside is decent, the freshly painted living area still has blue painters tape on the windows, the bedroom carpets need updated. Overall pretty clean and nicely updated, just needs a few more basic touches. We had a great time exploring Nashville but felt like just a few little things could have made the accommodations a bit better.

We had a fantastic experience. It was safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. We had a fantastic stay here! It was a quick 2 night stay, but the place was perfect. Easy to access, very clean, super comfortable beds - overall a great stay. The location made it easy for us to get to and from Bridgestone Arena in about 15 min as well. Very happy with our stay, and if we were to return, we would consider staying here again.

Exactly as pictured. Lots of space. Super clean. Yes needs some cosmetic work outside, but I cared about the inside. No one bothered you, nice and quiet. Not really down an alley per se, more like going down a driveway to a parking spot. Had a power outage, communicated with host, very apologetic and jumped on it to resolve. Only lasted like an hr or so. AC was great I had to keep it at 71-72, I was cold . Balcony under construction, it’s ok would’ve used it only to hang clothes to dry, too hot out after being at baseball tournaments all day. Host are very responsive if you need anything. Can walk to a few amenities. Perfect spot, would stay again!

Not recommended

Property down an alley behind a liquor storeEntrance under the parking area and scary.No windows in living room except at ceiling level so no way to look out. The “terrace” outside the bed room was closed.The only way out was down the stairs and in case of fire the only other way out would be off the closed terrace

We enjoyed our stay here! Close to everything we wanted but in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful property. Pictures are exactly right. It is beautiful! We will book again for sure!!

Baseball tournament

The property was as advertised. The management was very responsive when we didn’t have properly working AC during a heat wave and when the outdoor trash was full. The structure is old and in need of repair around the complex but the condo itself has been nicely updated for short term rentals. We felt the space was really perfect for our family of 4 and well equipped for our needs. HVAC not great but management was.

Great little spot for a week in Nashville

I stayed at this VRBO for a week while in town for school and it was a great home base. The unit was just as described—cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s about 15 miles from Nashville International Airport, around 7 miles from Broadway, and located in an area with plenty of restaurants and conveniences. There’s a Target right across the street and a Kroger grocery store just down the road, which made grabbing essentials super easy.Finding the correct building might be tricky if you don’t read the reviews beforehand (which I thankfully did). When facing the building, the door to this unit is all the way to the right. We initially walked up the wrong steps, but it wasn’t a big deal.Inside, the living room and kitchen felt light and inviting. There’s a huge TV in the living room, lots of space in the kitchen, and all the basics for cooking—including pots, pans, and a Keurig with a small assortment of pods for morning coffee. Both bedrooms were a decent size with comfortable mattresses, and each had its own TV, which was a nice bonus. There’s a small outdoor space outside, but it’s marked not to enter. I knew that when I booked, so it wasn’t an inconvenience. Since I was mainly in town for school, I only used the unit for breakfast, dinner, and sleep—and it served that purpose perfectly.I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville who isn’t overly picky about accommodations. It’s simple, clean, well-located, and I would definitely stay here again.

Was challenging to find, but once we figured it out it was fine. Lots of retail and dining within walking distance. Without a vanity in the bathroom area could have used a shelf or table. Had to reach out 2 days prior to verify check in.

Vanderbilt summer 2025

Was for medical appointments at Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was very difficult to get a direct answer to questions I made into the downstairs unit availability. I had to be very blunt and request a yes/no answer, as the questions I received back on my question I had no way of answering because I had no insight beyond “within 6 months” but they wanted “specific dates” and I didn’t have. Very frustrating! Finally got the answer I wanted though!! So, overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and very comfortable! Thank you for the use of your unit!

Good quiet location

Nashville Christmas Trip

This two bedroom apartment was spotless clean and cozy. The large living room/kitchen was inviting and comfortable with a very large tv. TVs are in both bed rooms. The apartment has everything one needs, and is light and bright. It is perfectly located between downtown Nashville and the suburbs, easy access to both. There is a large shopping center across the street. Super convenient! The management of the apartment is very communicative and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this place and intend to stay there in the future. No complaints, all pluses!!

Fun weekend in Nashville!

Clean property. Very roomy and not in a bad location at all. Uber got us quickly downtown to broadway. Check-in was super easy as well. Would stay again!

Down Time

I’m more picky than most, and my friends were more laid back than I! Once I got past the little things, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest!!! It was a girls weekend of catching up and relaxing. No agendas, no plans! Just like a slumber party really. There were two of us that stayed and were given two towels each, I was fine, but my counterpart needed a few extra. Parking for C was confusing because there was only one marked for C but three for D! It’s a tight space for parking and the signs that state no parking 7:00am-6:00 pm were not abided to! The ice maker was not hooked up and made some noise. I do like coffee and there was a coffee maker and keurig and pods but no creamer or sugar/sweetner. The only other thing we both noticed was a non slip strip for bath tub that was a safety hazard. These small issues aside, it was truly enjoyable and we both slept extremely well in the king beds!! Nice and peaceful!

Nashville trip

Bed spreads with stains on them, carpet with stains on them. No extra blankets. Some of the cups were still dirty and needed washed. Only 4 towels no extra for use. For cooking there were very few utensils to use. No ice in ice maker nor able to make ice in ice maker. The location was not well marked, a little difficult to find. Air conditioning worked and otherwise kitchen and living space was nice.
