Phenomenal Downtown Condo en la segunda avenida!

Maravilloso apartamento en el corazón del centro de la ciudad. Caminar a todo! Ver festivales desde las enormes puertas francesas que se abren en balcones Juliette con vistas a la plaza del ayuntamiento.
Este condominio es parte de un almacén de 1911 denim. Original y restaurado pisos de madera de haya en todo.
Gran vista del parque de courthourthouse de la ciudad donde muchas festividades tienen lugar durante todo el año. LA CAMINATA MÁS CORTA AL ESTADIO NISSAN de cualquier alquiler en la ciudad, caminar al parque de pelota o Juegos de Preds o simplemente golpear la tira en broadway para una gran música country. Estamos rodeados de excelentes restaurantes, bares, restaurantes en el distrito histórico. No hay aparcamiento, pero hay muchas opciones de aparcamiento público disponibles alrededor del edificio

Great location for Nissan stadium access, and a quick walk to Broadway! Perfect condo for three couples, super spacious and comfortable. Fabulous location to celebrate a 50th and even better with a Packer WIN! Go Pack Go …and the secret bar in the basement of the Noelle is fun too!🤗

Amazing Condo in the Heart of Nashville.

We were all thoroughly impressed with this condo from the minute we stepped in the door. Description and pictures were spot on and the check in process was a breeze. Nashville 1/2 and More

Wrapped around a wonderful charity 1/2 marathon experience we sandwiched in a great get away. The condo was in the perfect location - just close enough and just far enough away from everything. The condo was super comfortable and just perfect. We also had the treat of the construction on the street below that kept us all entertained...it was like Bob the Builder came to life...it was fascinating!! Reunion Trip

We were a group of 5 women having a reunion and we had a wonderful stay in Nashville in this beautiful loft. The loft was perfect and spacious when we wanted to get away for some quiet. We were all very surprised how quiet the loft was. It was also within walking distance to most everything we wanted to do if you are willing to walk. We only needed to use transportation one time to get to the Grand Ole Opry. Instructions for check in and out were easy. It was clean and communication was perfect. No issues at all. We would definitely stay again.

Upscale location with upscale amenities.

It’s not often you walk into your VRBO and there are Viking appliances and quality furniture throughout. This isn’t just a vacation rental in a great location. The owners didn’t rest on the location they went above and beyond to create a place that you’d enjoy no matter where it was.

Fantastic Place

Great location a few blocks off of Broadway. Close enough but far enough. Great kitchen and nice big living room. All very luxurious. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Two internal bedrooms ( no windows, very dark!) and one external. The elevator opens directly into the apartment with the use of a key fob. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous place in terrific location

This place was perfect for the three couples traveling in our group. Josh met us upon arrival and thoroughly answered our many questions regarding downtown Nashville and the property. The master bed/bath was incredible and the other two bed/bath were perfect for our group. The kitchen was stocked with any thing imaginable for cooking, though we didn’t. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and necessities for our stay. A major asset to our group was location, it was so convenient to any place you wanted to visit and so close that we were able to run back drop off shopping, hang out for awhile before hitting the town again. The price was comparable to three hotel rooms for the weekend, but you get so much MORE!!! Excellent property to rent and we will return for future visits. Again Jennifer & Josh were excellent hosts for this gorgeous property.

Beautiful condo, well equipped and perfect location

The condo was perfect. It’s close to everything, but far enough removed from the crowds of Broadway. The condo was equipped with everything one could need and Jennifer was available if we needed anything else. I would stay here again in a minute.
