The home was spacious enough for our group of 10 and in a great location, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. We didn’t have A/C for the first two days of our stay while it was 95 degrees outside, which made the house uncomfortable. The oven was extremely dirty, the sink handle kept falling off, the beds were dirty, and while the property looks nice at first glance, it’s actually in rough shape upon closer inspection. The management was very responsive and gave us a refund due to the air conditioning issue. The day we left, the people who stayed on the second level told me they had bites all over their arms, legs, and backs. They were afraid to tell me earlier due to the frustration from the previous issues. When I reached out to management for this, they directed me to their email so pictures could be sent. I explained our whole situation and they never responded. I even sent an email a week later to see if they forgot to respond. With some much-needed maintenance and better cleaning, this could be a great place, but it fell short for us.

Location was pretty good. The house was great for sleeping lots of people and each bedroom had its own bathroom which is nice. Had a couple minor items but nothing huge.

Great Location!

This property was fantastic for a bachelor party in Nashville. The proximity to the Gulch was an easy walk or scooter ride. Not far at all from Broadway or 12 South either. Check in and check out were incredibly smooth. Myself and my group would all stay again!

Great location

This home was a great place for our party of 15 to stay! It is convenient (walkable) to ‘the Gulch’ in Nashville and just a few minutes to downtown and Broadway via car or Uber. The host gave very good instructions regarding the property and was easy to reach and very responsive.

Great house for a group

This house is perfect for a small group. Lots of comfortable beds and 4 full baths so no waiting for the facilities. The roof deck is awesome and a nice large kitchen for cooking and gathering. Location is also perfect. Walking distance to many good places and a short ride to Broadway. Neighborhood seems to be popular for short term rentals so no issues with the neighbors. Highly recommend it and would definitely rent this place again.
