The host was great. The directions for the TV sent through the app misled us for way too long. The fan in the bedroom wasn’t working, and we were not able to open the one window in the apartment. It got hot at night. The locations were not as close to restaurants or grocery stores.

Excellent location and close to everything you need and want while in Nashville. My Husband and I would jump on the scooters and scoot-scoot less than 10 mins to Broadway. Our Host, Christy was very helpful and kind! She was accommodating and very responsive. The VRBO was clean, well maintained, and has overall great vibes that go along with music row. The white noise machine saved our lives as we forgot our fan for white noise. Overall, would highly recommend and stay again!

The buildings were poorly constructed and dirty. The hot water in the bathroom was in the cold water position and the toilet had hot water in it. The Walls and floors between had NO sound proofing and you could hear everything around and on top of you! I didnt need to hear occupants in the unit above me taking a piss..... or hearing every word they said.

This was my second time to stay at this location, I come yo Nashville 2 times per year for college. Apt.. 3 is in need of some renovations the floors were uneven and laminate flooring was seperated in places. They were upgrading the Wi-Fi while I was there and they encountered unexpected challenges which left meant Wi-Fi connections were intermittent at best. First night the property manager was receptive to text messages to trouble shoot issues. However, days following there was not follow-up to additional concerns raised. I am sure these are challenges they will overcome. There response to this post will determine if I return yo this location on the spring.

Wifi spotty at best!!

Was VERY DISAPPOINTED that the WiFi didn’t work correctly. Being a remote worker, it was IMPOSSIBLE to perform needed tasks. I addressed this issue with the property manager, but did NOT get a resolution.

Perfect stay

This was perfect for my husband and I. Just enough space. Walk to a few coffee shops. Osa coffee is just down the alley! Quiet neighborhood. Bed is low to the ground but manageable.

Perfect Spot

Perfect size for two people. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It was about 1/2 mile to Live Oak and a few other bars and restaurants. It was about a mile and a half to the middle of Broadway but an easy and safe walk. (Took an Uber once but didn't save a lot of time due to traffic). A couple of good coffee shops were only a couple hundred feet away. The kitchen was well equipped if you needed to use it. The bathroom was very nice.

Recommend the Stay!

This apartment is in a great location! Not far from Broadway, but far enough. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to Division Street bar/restaurant area. The apartment itself was clean and just the right size for my husband and me. The bed was really comfortable, but very low to the ground, which was fine, just wasn’t expecting it. The one complaint I had was that we couldn’t open the windows. They appeared to have been all broken. But that was a minor complaint. We will definitely stay here again…and the price is very reasonable!

Great stay!

We came for a long weekend, Thursday-Sunday. The place was clean and stocked perfect for two people. Location was good, walking distance(10 min walk) to a few bars and coffee shops. To get to main areas where all the bars are take an uber, otherwise it’s a 30 min walk. Check in was good, the door code we initially got didn’t work but we reached out to the manager and she fixed it quickly. Only negative part about the stay was the tenants above us. They were loud!! Every morning at 4am they were stomping around. Definitely not this places fault but just know you’ll be woken up from this.

Perfect location and space

This space was PERFECT! Great size for the two of us. Kitchen, separate living space, shared laundry just steps away. Very clean. Comfy king sized bed with the softest linens! I was able to work remotely but then we were also a quick drive or uber-Lyft from downtown. Loved walking in this historic area. Plus there’s the cutest coffee shop at the end of the block!! Christy is so quick to respond to questions as well. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Look no further!! You won’t regret it.

Cozy place, perfect for a couple

This property is slightly larger than a hotel room but much more comfortable!! Everything was clean and well maintained but the property is not brand new, expect the normal wear and tear of a frequently used place. The kitchen had just enough to get by for 3 days. Truly appreciated the complimentary coffee, creamer, and sweeteners.

Great overnight stay

Really good location near Belmont and the Gulch. Convenient to local stores and restaurants within short walk or drive on side streets. Definitely recommend for couples looking for a quick getaway for work or play.
