We were very pleased overall. The area was safe and in a very convenient location. The house was very quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and we will definitely rent this place again when we come to Nashville.

This is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. The initial house smelled very musty. We found the bedding comfortable and kitchen was great. Living room furniture could use an update for comfort.

We enjoyed our stay. Checking in and checking out went smoothly. The house was very clean. The decorations were really nice. Could use some upgrading on living room furniture. Also would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom. There was a musty smell, probably coming from the AC vents, could probably use a cleaning. Nice neighborhood. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Amazing place

This home is beautiful and in a perfect location! The neighborhood is quiet, but moments from all the Opryland area has to offer. It’s also a short drive into downtown Nashville and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this home!

Okay place to stay for a couple of days

The house was clean and convenient that is about all that I can say good about the house.There are several things that needed to be changed. There was a stain on the comforter in the master bedroom. There was no closet that we could use in the master bedroom. We had to use the closet in the guest bedroom which was not convenient! The sink in the master bathroom would not hold water. There were no curtains in the master bathroom which looked out over the backyard to the neighbors' homes. The windows were "frosted" but it still felt weird using the bathroom at night. While storage in a bathroom is great, the over-the-toilet cabinet was not secured to the wall. I tried to open the doors of the cabinet, and it almost fell on me, so I had to leave my toiletries in the bedroom. There was no overhead lighting in the den. At night we could not see to read or use our electronic devices. VACASA needs to upgrade this house. For the price that they charge these details need to be addressed!

Suburban Nashville getaway!!

The home was beautiful! Enough space for my family size of 4, 2 children 2 adults!! Close access to highway!! Opry Mills Mall only 5 minutes away!! Fireplace was tricky, didn’t get to use. TV in smaller bedroom a little small with no Smart TV access, but slept when here mostly anyway! Washer and dryer greatly appreciated!! Beautifully decorated and comfy!! In a great neighborhood!!

Business trip for convention

Stay was fine. House needs to be cleaned as the front door stoop is pretty dirty and there were a ton of spiders and webs. The spiders were nocturnal and only at night. Medium sized guys with big tan butts. I recommend Window Hero Franklin/Nashville as I am in the exterior cleaning industry in Pensacola, FL and you can trust them.
