Me gusto el trato del personal de el Loby y limpieza. Cosas a mejórales verificar que funcione lo que provee el hotel. Mi experiencia fue que la tabla de planchar estaba rota y el se ador de pelo no servía. De lo demás esta bueno.

This Hotel is not a PLUS as they mention on Red Roof PLUS, it is an standard Red Roof, even they said hotel is Smoking Free my first room was smelling as a Cigarrete Pack so I request a change, no problem with the change, mattress and pillows to trash them.

The first thing I did was mop the floor, it was filthy. Under the beds were dirty. I feel anything over $50 per night is way too much for the accommodations. And where was the breakfast?

This place is not safe, as we get there, there were guys hanging around the parking lot smoking weed and working on their car and guys going in and out of their room. The room is not clean and we ended up leaving for the safety of my family as we have 2 kids.

Our first room had a TV that was disconnected to cable, and it was unusable. That was inconvenient but ok. It also had an air conditioning/heating unit with the panel completely removed and on the floor. It was unusable and we need a cold room to sleep in, so then we asked to be relocated. They accommodated quickly and easily. The sheets and towels seemed clean enough, but the cloth shower curtain had some... Stains. It was also noisy, we could hear footsteps outside all night. It was an okay place for just laying your head but I probably wouldn't stay again.

For the price, this is a good place to stay. It’s a little bit ran down, but still felt clean and beds were comfy. Decent furniture in rooms and clean beds. I’m overall satisfied with our stay.

Stayed for over a week during CMA Fest, and found it a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and maintained, and the front desk was helpful. We stayed with our cat and had no issues there.

They were so polite @ check in. I travel with my service dog & on Oxygen. I was able to park right in front of my room & walk across the parking lot to the dog area for my dog. I had only intended on staying here for 2 days, but due too health issues it ended up being a 5 day stay. I chose to stay here due to keeping the same room & nobody bothered me & I felt safe. It was obvious that they do have ppl that live here. They were very friendly & nice when I was outside. Unlike some hotels where they look like homeless ppl living there & hanging out all over the place watching every move you make. Not a doubt in my mind would I not stay here again. Everyone deserves a high 5 for the work they do @ this Red Roof Inn!

Broken lock
The door frame was broken. It was as if someone had tried to break the door in a few times. The top lock was coming out of the wall and didn’t work. The tub was dirty. There was actual dirt in the tub and on the floor. One towel had hair on it and another one had some black gunk on it. It was gross. It was nerve-racking staying there.

The room was filthy. Dead bugs and crumbs on floor. Food in drawers. Bathroom had hair and dried urine on toilet. Tv did not work entire visit. Grime on counters and tv. Worst room I had ever stayed in.

I like that it is close to the highway and right next to Cracker Barrel, so we could walk to dinner. I didn't like how the bathroom was dirty - a lot of dirt in the corners and in the bathtub. The toilet wasn't cleaned very well. Also, they make an effort to prevent smoking with all the signs, but everytime we went in or out of our room, some one was smoking right outside our room.
