The host was easy to communicate with and easy to check in and check out. The 1865 Building was unique and conveniently located next to Vanderbilt, with a quick drive to downtown Nashville. The apartment was cozy and comfortable for a small family.

A perfect place to stay in the music city!

We loved our stay! The historic building is very charming. The unit is well-stocked, decorated really cute and the bed is super comfy! Communication with our host was super quick and efficient. We loved that we were within a 10 minute Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. But the best perk of staying here was the speakeasy in the basement! Do not miss a chance to visit the 1865 Club for an amazing cocktail, live music and the best bartenders around. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute place, but had a few issues

Three of us stayed in the unit for 4 nights. The location is in an industrial area next to a propane plant. Short drive to downtown and convenient to Whole Foods. Ample parking. Nicely decorated. Everything you need in the kitchen. There were some cleanliness issues, however. Found food under the couch mattress and behind the couch. Hairball on the bathroom vanity. Bedding for the couch hadn’t been washed – make-up on the blanket (we washed it). The listing says it sleeps 6 – the queen bed (was comfortable with clean bedding), the pull out couch bed, and a queen air mattress bed (no bedding provided for the air mattress). Couch bed’s frame was broken. We put the couch mattress on the floor and slept there. If you only need to use the queen bed with 1 or 2 people sharing, you should be ok. This is not a quiet unit. The elevator is just outside the front door. From upstairs, you’ll hear every toilet flush, full conversations, furniture moving, and more. There is no peep hole or security latch on the door (we had some random knocks). If you like a dark, cozy, rustic feel, then this place is for you. The blind in the living room was broken and could not be raised to the top, but the louvers worked. Not a terrible stay overall, but not the best. Probably would not stay here again due to noise, inadequate bed situation, lack of cleanliness. Good communication with Genevieve. Appreciated that.

What a Cool Find!

Awesome Condo walking distance to Bridgestone and Broadway. If you like historic charm, this condo is for you. You will be captivated by the exposed brick wall and wood ceiling. A really unique amenity is the basement-level bar. We flew in from Florida and the owner allowed us to check in early. I highly recommend this comfortable exceptional condo.

Concert Get Away

This was the perfect getaway for two! We decided to turn our concert at the Ryman into a two-night escape, and it was absolutely ideal. The charming condo, located in a former tobacco factory, was perfectly situated for easy access to downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better location or experience."

Cute space and easy booking process

Was a cute property and spacious. Enjoyed stay not a fan of being down a darker side street but that’s a personal thing not the property it was well lit on the property site itself for parking and secure. Only suggestion has almost everything needed surprised there was no toaster.

Beautiful Historic Condo / Speakeasy was unexpected bonus!

Stayed at this property while visiting my daughter at Vanderbilt. Historic building which added to its charm. This specific unit was very all appointed (while keeping the rustic charm of the original building), appliances state of the art, very clean and all bedding/towels new and fresh! Check-in was simple and communication with property management was very easy (immediate responses to questions). The Speakeasy located in the basement (The 1865 Club) was an amazing surprise. Great craft cocktails, comfy atmosphere and a great musician playing on Friday night. Location is convenient to Broadway, Vanderbilt and other great Nashville hot spots, but definitely not a walking destination - uber or car needed to get around to these areas, but simple to get and all so close the uber fares are low. Excellent overall stay!

Great stay

Great stay. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. This was our first time in Nashville so went to the Johnny Cash museum, lower Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, Pancake Pantry and Parthenon. Also did a day trip to Rock Island to see waterfalls. And Parnathus Books. I expected to Uber everywhere as this property is a little far to walk downtown. But it’s nice and the historic vibes can’t be beat.

Very Nice apartment and good location

We’ve stayed in Nashville before and this was definitely the nicest (and best priced) place we’ve stayed. We chose this location because it’s close to the Gulch and downtown. Driving to our destinations and parking during our stay was never an issue. Parking did get a little expensive downtrend but you’re saying for convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place / location

Great writing vibe for my one week stay. Close to Broadway and Germantown micro breweries. Communication with host was excellent and the place was very clean as I am a neat freak. Don’t miss out on the basement speak easy the bartender is a gem and they have excellent service. Pool worked perfect for my needs relaxing and cooling off. I’ll be back our host was amazing!!!!
