House was in perfect proximity for our stay,close enough to walk to Nissan Stadium yet out of the main drag and all the noise. And an added bonus was that it was directly on the river and we were able to sit on the back deck and watch the boats go up and down the river.

LOCATION is perfect - many things within walking distance. The area is secure. The place appeared larger in the pictures, but was still sufficient room. Beds were comfortable. The pool was an added bonus that we actually had time to enjoy.

This was a lovely place. It is conveniently located to head out to Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium, as well as other attractions. It was lovely to have coffee on the patio in the mornings and look out at the river. The beds were very comfortable, and all was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself traveling to Nashville! We especially enjoyed seeing some friendly wildlife. We considered them our welcoming committee.

Very nice place to stay with spacious bedrooms. A nice walk to Downtown (Broadway) to the Honky Tonks and Ryman which is convenient due to parking is expensive. The view is great with the added surprise of river barges going down the river. Ended up extending our stay so we will definitely stay here again to get the Nashville experience. Side note highly recommend to take in a concert at the Opry or Ryman. Great host always remaining in contact with us.

Had a great stay here. Eric was very responsive to questions. The location is perfect, close enough to walk to everything but far enough to be away from it all.

Very nice condo and in a great location. We easily walked to German town and Broadway, but if walking 1-3 miles isn't easy for you, you may want to get an uber to Broadway. I was fun watching the boats go up the river. I would stay here again. Host was very accommodating as well.
